Good hotel, good facilities, good location, excellent staff care, all I would ask is to be able to leave the atmosphere on and find the room cool, sales and returns to the room and it's warm, and everything else, excellent.

It's a good hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, the door was unserving, the cleanliness left much to be desired, the staff didn't feel welcome to the guests, there was a group with several young people who rioted the two nights we stayed without anyone from the staff doing or saying anything, of a nightmare I don't recommend it at all.

A nightmare is coming.

If you have a pet  beware they will wait till after you pay and can't cancel to tell you the pet fee is mxn 280 per animal the fee for extra adult is only mxn133. Managment is unavailable to speak to. Just a heads up so no surprise or look for where they are free or less money. 

Pet friendly at a hidden cost

On April 1, 2021, I made a reservation for the days from December 29, 2021 to January 2, 2022 for 16 people, 8 rooms, the same day I received my booking confirmation in my mail. When I made the reservation, I was not asked for a credit card because it said on the page that you could book those days without a card and on the receipt that they sent me said that we could cancel until December 27, 2021 without charge. But when my travel date arrived a day before the accident I spoke to the hotel to make changes in a room of 8 that I had booked and they never replied that because they had a month without lines. I sent an email and they replied that my reservation had been canceled, I got a whatsapp number and they told me that they couldn't do anything by booking my reservation and they cancelled the booking because we had only paid for the three hours of the hotel delivery.

They canceled my booking and didn't notify me.

Rooms 101 and 105, lack of maintenance or replacement of the so-called onions (regardless) the water flows to all directions except to the person, in the same way the air conditioning areas either require maintenance, do not cool properly, the door to room 101 is square.

Lack of maintenance.

A place to not relax, full of crying or screaming children, people setting aside pool tables as if it were the fast food area of a plaza.The breakfast that includes nothing rich, there are no hygiene measures anywhere.The receptionists' attention is kind but not professional.The pool is dirty.Fortunately they allow your pet to enter and that is the only reason I chose them and would not do it again unless it was the last place.

I didn't like it.

We ended up staying in a hotel that, if it is within the hotel area, I hope the manager or owner can detect this problem and provide a solution.

Always don't let me stay because of personal ill attention.

When we arrived, the bathroom was used and the towels were very used, and after cancelling, the employee did not know how to cancel the payment transaction, for more than eight days I still awaited the refund even though the same employee told me that in three days I would have it.

Dirty and poor service.

There are no extra covers, the breakfast is very poor for the price, only can juice, no fruit, no tortilla. The hostel is dirty and there is no fridge in the living room.

Very bad for the price.

We spent only a weekend. Location away from the hotel area is also a stretch that is still under construction. The regular room the very hard beds and the desilachada bed linen, cleaning ok. Common areas dirty and cold pool in addition to small, the beach area is visited by locals who seem to be making their own needs for that area. The second night we had to talk to the reception as they had the strong ambient music and it was already around 11 pm. Finally there are many options at similar prices and in a better area.
