We arrived in the afternoon and everything was normal, but when we were already resting at night in the room, we suddenly woke up as we were changing rooms or as the mattresses weren't made to hold two adults and a baby, so we needed to change rooms.

Excellent location, zero sense of hospitality.

We arrived at this hotel in a hurry, as our trip to Catorce was on time and we did not find availability in other hotels.While the services and amenities are as expected, it should be mentioned that the cost-benefit relationship seemed somewhat excessive to me because our room; the Ganga room, was the only one in the hotel that did not have a TV.Moreover, the wood of the floor crisscrossed whenever one stepped inside the room, so there was a milk walk to avoid waking up the family during the night.Personally, I would take it as an option when there are no more rooms in Catorce and you don't want to go to Matehuala to stay.

It's an option when it's saturated with Real de Catorce.

It's a hotel with a very central location and very well-ambiguated.The room where I stayed had a fireplace that you could use by buying wood in two blocks.Personal very friendly and helpful.They offer water in a jar helping the environment and not using plastic bottles.It has a very relaxed industrial concept that invites peace.

An agreeable experience.

It seemed like a good option for us to stay overnight, but it didn't. Served by its owner, who although well-disposed, didn't provide the required maintenance to the installation. In the room was a lighted Office lamp, no contact to connect it to. The heater could serve as a table since it was not connected or the room had the necessary installation to function. The hot water takes 15 minutes to come out, and while all the water is wasted, in a place where the scarcity is severe.

Excellent location with good view. It's small but cozy. The price is high but it's very comfortable. The location is good (next to the kiosk where the willies are located) very recommended in the low and high season. I give a 9, the internet service is not very good.

Very comfortable.

My family and I stayed one night at this hotel after the New Year holiday and had a wonderful stay.  The hotel is lovely and our rooms were clean and warm.  My parents had a room with a gas heater and my room had a fireplace.  It was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was great!  Definitely a great hotel in Real de Catorce!

Defnitely a great hotel

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are comfortable, the building is really old and charming and fits to the caracter of the city. The breakfast is not included, but tastes very good (especially the Chilaquiles). The rooms and the breakfast are a little bit expensive in comparision with the other ones in Real de Catorce.

Expensive, but really nice!

The house was extensively renovated and converted into a hotel by the owners. The reservation was made quickly and reliably by e-mail. We were there weekdays in November 2012 and the only guests - in other words, the hotel was kept open extra for us. There is also a small restaurant that is closed in the off-season. The days were sunny and warm, the nights were lousy cold. Each room is equipped with a gas stove, but it does not get really warm - especially in the bathroom it stays quite fresh. We had dinner in the evening with the friend of the owner (who did the representation) in the very small, well-packed lobby, there are no tickets and also the grass is free of charge. There were no questions about being nice and the rooms are extremely cold.
