Let me tell you what just happened, we came to Mazamitla to spend the New Year with our family and rented in Cabañas Bellavista Mazamitla a cabin for 16 people, first on December 31 we were left without gas all day until 5:30pm and were not warned that the defect had been resolved, by about 8pm the cabin water had run out and until today we were not resolved.

The worst service ever.

Personally, we don't like the cabin because it was just a room and upstairs there was another cabin, the photos you see on the internet or facebook if they are like that but the problem is that they sell you the idea that it is a cabin and not; it's a room and up another like an apartment, you have zero privacy and zero rest.

I don't recommend the cabin Chalet Básico is a duplex cabin which does not rest at all, since the occupants of the upper part of the house hear all the noise they make, if they open the waterfall, their steps, etc. No is as shown in the photo posted solo is a room, as the upper part is rented separately.

Duplex cabanas are very little recommended.

I made this reservation with great enthusiasm but the cabins have a view of a low hill, and still very noisy charcoal, no forest... on making the reservation I received confirmation and a phone number for anything. Mark from the day before and there was no response, they left a sonar and sent a mailbox. That day upon entering the village they asked for a reservation confirmation to avoid congestion (I imagined for the pandemic issue) call 5 times to request the QR code and there was no response, I say by miracle... let's go more times to locate the place and get nothing.... we lost because there can't be any signals, we arrived and we don't have a reception or anything like that and no one needed to call the cabin. I said that I already had a confirmation of the location of the reception and without seeing, in a place where I was afraid to go (I saw the pictures) and wait for her to receive the answer... there was a worse response during the reservation, but no one has yet to make the reservation, but no one has yet to make the reservation, and no one has to

I loved the room and the out of the way location, but not having a door on the bathroom (toilet area) was not comfortable at all. I was surprised to find out they didn't have a coffee pot so I purchased instant coffee. Be prepared for a long drive from the city center (there's not way you can walk to restaurants). It was a fun and interesting adventure finding and getting to the cabana. Another uncomfortable aspect was there was no deadbolt on the door. As two single women this was extremely uncomfortable (at night we moved the sofa in front of the door). The service was excellent, the room was beautiful, but I won't be returning to Bellavista Cabanas.

There's no door on the bathroom, no coffee pot, no deadblolt on the door, but....

We rented these cottages for a weekend, they are very nice, equipped with everything necessary to enjoy your weekend, the view and location is excellent, very close to the mazamitla cetro, we will definitely return,

The place where the cottage is located is very beautiful, surrounded by trees, quiet and with a small lake, the cottage was clean, modern and cozy.

Very pretty and pleasant.

Just as I note, be more careful with the jacuzzi as there was no running water through all the holes, but in general we enjoy it and will soon be back with the family.
