The public transport that takes you to the city centre and to different places passes right in front of the hotel. The staff that serves is very ample and the atmosphere is quite cozy. I highly recommend it.

Excellent service.

Visiting this hotel for one night only, the price was quite affordable, it has a good location especially from the bus station, the reception is simple but comfortable, our arrival was almost at dawn so the receptionist didn't want to let us through to the hotel, he told us from the street counter that he couldn't receive us since check in was at 12 noon, that was very discounted on his part, although afterwards he was reassured and very kind. The room was small, it looked dirty especially in the bathroom, the door had only a tie that didn't even have a place to tie and the sink had garbage.

Very cheap but dirty.

During a business visit to Mazatlan City, and staying at Hotel Esperanza, the manager had excellent attention, in addition to the very comfortable rooms and excellent internet signal.

Excellent relationship between quality and price

The hotel is a economic place and the rooms are clean TV , AC , Ventilador and hot shower. The stuff is very kind and friendly. And the manager speak a bit german and fluently english.

The hotel is located 5 walking minutes from the terminal de autobus of Mazatlan.

A cheap, comfortable hotel, close to everything I take in Mazatlán to spend my holidays, I highly recommend it and it has improved a lot, covers all my needs.

A perfect stay for me.

They have very comfortable and clean rooms with mini split and cable, very close to the bus station and very central to the whole city, very good care and prices, without any difficulty.

Excellent place to stay.

We ended up staying there because we extended our stay in Mazatlan unexpectedly and our hotel no longer had rooms available so we had to look for another hotel. Everything was booked everywhere I called. This was my LAST option. They only had 1 room left and I had to act quickly. I was desperate so I booked it. It was close to the bus station so that was a plus since we were traveling via the bus the next day. The gent at the reception area is also the handyman. He was short and not very friendly. We were in room 4. The room was noisy since it is very close to the entrance door and hotel is on a busy street. The AC worked good. Ceiling fan good too. The 2 beds were decent but the sheets were ripped and a little small for the bed. The window curtains were thick, heavy and dusty. The view is to the other room. The worst is the bathroom. The door wouldn't shut and the glass was probably broken because it had newspaper taped to it. There is no mirrors. The toilet was a bit wobbly. The towels are old and ripped. The shower head is clogged. Only 2-3 of the holes worked so showering was a hassel. After we had showered and used the toilet we started smelling a very foul smell. It was sewer smell and it lasted for the rest of our stay, luckily we were able to leave in hours. I don't recommend it.
