Problems included:  multi-story with no elevator.  Mattress was shot.  No desk/chair/lamp in the room.  No glasses or cups.  No purified water.   No counter space in the bathroom to put down toiletries.

Good points were:  Air conditioning and shower were good.  Clean.

Barely adequate

The hotel is in the center of town so it's very comfortable. The room was large and furnished essentially, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We had a nice terrace overlooking the square, very comfortable to smoke. The staff were kind and generous, the owner was very nice.

It's convenient.

Located in the centre of the town, in front of Palenque Square, run by a group of friendly young people, clean and welcoming, and on the ground floor there is a typical kitchen restaurant that turns into a live music hall at night.

A good option for resting at night, the hotel is located near the central park with places to consume food nearby.It is a simple hotel, in which I suffered some heat as my refrigeration equipment was delayed in cooling the room.

This hotel is very basic, very good is that it is located in the center of Palenque a few steps from the main square, although in Palenque everything is close.The room is very simple, the price a little high for what it offers, the night I stayed in it did not let me sleep the mosquitoes as there were several inside the room.

Hotel very basic.

The hotel has nothing special, a clean room with a bathroom and little more. It is expensive for what they offer. I guess the only good thing about it is the strategic location on a central street in Palenque. The air conditioning worked even though it was very noisy and gout. The window gives a rather noisy main street, so the rest is not very guaranteed.

We stayed last week at this hotel and the truth is very basic, there is no elevator, the rooms have air conditioning but make too much noise, which makes it difficult to sleep, the bathroom is small and in some parts accumulates mold.

Cheap but not the best option.

We arrived Palenque without researching hotels and stayed here based on a recommendation from a tour guide.  

The room and bathroom were clean, the air conditioning worked well.  We stayed in one of the bedrooms up front with a balcony.  We paid ~$35 USD for 1 night.  

Some feedback:  the bed was not very comfortable and a darkening liner should be added to the curtain on the balcony sliding glass door.  The hotel is on a busy street and there is a lot of light coming in at night from the sliding glass door.

We were happy to have a clean bathroom and a clean room.  It was convenient, very close to the city park, lots of stores and shops nearby.  We didn't have any problems with noise.

Clean but beds could be better

We rented a room for one night for $300 just wanting a hot shower like they promised us and a sleep.  First of all our room had a big A/C installed where supposed to be our very small window, so the room was very dark and damp and later we realized some mold too, and the only thing we wanted hot shower- our shower appears to be broken. It had broken shower handles and NO hot water or dripping cold only. The lady who sold the room to us was very unhelpful and knew it but sold the room to us anyway and after didn't wanted to do nothing about it. The beds very hard and not very tidy, towels washed off In the rooms you can hear everything even from the street, so its not much rest either. We will never go back there!

Do not go there for cheap room!!!!

The stay at this hotel was part of a mini-tourist package purchased in San Cristobal de Las Casas to visit Palenque and arrive in Guatemala.
