The prices are affordable, the detail I see; is that the hotel has an old-fashioned interior appearance, so hotels around it are certainly cheaper and the facilities more up-to-date.

 Physical conditions

The hotel facilities are in good condition. The AC is a window unit so it is very noisy. The mattress is not bad, the pillows are terrible, the blankets are already very used. The desk has no lamp, so it is difficult to work at night with the computer because the lighting in the room is really poor. 

The bathroom leaves much to be desired, although clean and spacious, the sink has no lever for the cap, so it takes time for it to empty. What is unacceptable is that they only place a single bar of soap that you have to use both to wash your hands and to bathe. The towels are also old and only put 2: one half-bath both to dry your hands and to dry when leaving the shower and another for the floor. 

The restaurant has a good menu, the quality of the dishes is good, the presentation not so much, the service terrible (do not send salt, napkins or condiments with the service). You have to ask for the menu, as they are not available in the rooms.

NOT RECOMMENDED for long stays or comfortable rest

Just for in case of emergency and no options available, otherwise, AVOID IT

Kindness in it personally, there's a maid who has a charm, super attentive, super nice, super kind, don't ask her name but it's a lady and everything waiting for me in it for breakfast, comfortable rooms, I'm glad there were no towels on arrival, but I'll report it to the 15 minutes we'll take, super fast billing and instant, if you're traveling for business this is your best option.

Buen Hotel!

The front desk let us check in late. They speak very little English,but very friendly! Their contental breakfast was delicious! They had homemade tortillas and menudo everything is made in front of you which was great! House keeping cleaned our room each day. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel!

Worst stay ever. We booked online when we got here it took the woman 10 mins to print a paper the room was beyond small the service was bad the floor was extremely dirty shower head had no pressure water was running low the food was dreadful staff were rude and to top it all off there was some sort of party from 7pm through 1am no one told us when we got here that there was gonna be such event there were people outside the hotel yelling and singing I honestly didn’t pay over $80 for this I went to the front desk passed 10pm to complain there were people drinking alcohol in the lobby area I asked the two ladies in the front desk if there was any way they could turn the music down a bit and was told all they could do is move us to a higher floor I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told he wasn’t at the hotel neither was the person in charge of the party note we were at the 3rd floor yet the music was so loud you could feel the bass even on the 4th floor you could still hear the music never coming back won’t recommend this so called hotel to no one. 

Never again. 

It has a Bue breakfast buffet that includes the cost of the room, a variety of meals, and the hotel rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained, the staff friendly.

 Clean rooms.

It is an excellent place to stay with or without family in Piedras Negras and an excellent rate for frequent travelers or with long stays, spacious and very clean rooms, the accommodation includes a breakfast buffet that is very rich, very complete, on Sundays the restaurant is full or you have to wait turn, but if it is worth waiting, if I highly recommend them, it has a medium gym according to the place where you can exercise quietly from 7 am to 11 pm,

An excellent place to stay and eat rich in Piedras Negras.

My husband I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are a little outdated but they were clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant had great food,and the bar was well stocked. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We are definitely going back!

Comfortable 

It's a good hotel like any other best western and I think it's the best option in the area, there aren't many hotels in that area.The bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean.The breakfast is good although the afternoon meal is no longer a lot of options.

 Business travel

I was quite disappointed with this hotel in the Best Western chain. The rooms have carpets and the cleanliness seemed very questionable to me. Old furniture, even the bathroom I found it old and unclean. The air conditioner is very old, huge and too numerous, it is impossible to sleep with the air conditioner on, it needs to be turned on first to cool the room. Free and well-functioning WiFi, breakfast is among the positive points: good buffet. The airport and the city are easily reached also because it is a small town. If I had to go back to Piedras Negras I would try something different.
