We chose this hotel solely because it accepts pets, but its appearance is slightly deteriorated, beds are very small, the next day, the wifi doesn't work and neither does the TV. Ideal if you just want to rest and take a bath, My flat room had a wall view:(. It is rescatable, as it accepts pets without additional charge, located near one of the main avenues and has parking, your car is well guarded.

Very basic.

The portions are plentiful despite the low cost in their prices.It has a tradition in the Spanish season in which you can see the weekends with the delicious paella, preceded by an exquisite Madrid soup or a fabada.There is variety in terms of regional (Tabasco) and international food.

Familiar atmosphere with home season and very economical.

An old restaurant in Villahermosa in a small, very disadvantaged hotel but with an outstanding cuisine. Spanish tortilla, paella valenciana and antojitos tabasqueños with a great season. Widely recommended. Many people order the food and take it home...

Modest but extraordinary cuisine.

The hotel is unpretentious because it is focused on the guésped who go from job to job, yet they have family guests. on Sundays they make paella. fabada, Asturian soup and madrileña have to taste it!

The restaurant is very affordable and in the style of a homemaker.

I stayed at this hotel near the place where I had to work, however, I had to stay somewhere near the center, as it was not so far away. I had stayed here a year ago and had no inconvenience, because I stayed on the first floor and the wifi signal was very good, it was too hot and I did not take up the hot water, and no rare creatures came out, however this time, I stayed on the third floor and there was no signal, it was a little cold and I wanted to bathe in hot water, which never came out, when I finally gave up bathing in cold water, a bathroom, a car came out of the closet, what a horror!

We arrived quite late in the evening to discover that our booking (through booking.com) was not in their records and also that the 2 people working did not have a word of English between them.  The language problem is not meant as a complaint, merely as info for travellers.

Despite showing  my booking conformation on the tablet they denied it existed and I was forced to pay the full room rate leaving me now trying to get a refund through booking.com.

Once all these problems were ironed out we were shown to a room with twin double beds.  The wiring in of the TV was a little unnerving but other than that the room was very clean with lovely comfy beds and nice bedding, there was ample windows (despite the view being a wall) and there was a strong working AC unit.  The room was en suite and my friend commented that the shower was excellent.

I would stay here again but I would confirm the booking close to the date to avoid similar problems.

Pretty good experience and really comfortable room

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one. I went around the next floor to find someone to take me. There was no phone call. After a while, there was a man with a long nail on the table. The lock in the room seemed unreliable. The room itself was basically normal, the bed was large enough. But sleeping in closed clothes: it was an unpleasant feeling. The room smelled very bad of chemical breath. There was air conditioning (old), TV, soap and shampoo in the shower. The windows go out on the wall, so it doesn't open. The staff doesn't speak English. There is a grocery store near the hotel, where you can buy food. Half a mile from the airport. The city is very quiet, and it's not easy to get to the airport.
