It is not easy to find the place because the streets are rarely named, but once you arrive, you find that the Tajmakane is finally perfect: far enough from the center of Marrakesh to avoid crowds, in a quiet and busy area. The rooms are impeccable. It is a place where a prolonged stay is perfectly justified. The owners and staff are lovely. Breakfast is delicious and the meals are excellent.

Far from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, a haven of peace with a garden pool and extraordinary hospitality. Thank you to Nadia and Ali for these wonderful times and the couscous home. The Riyadh is 15 minutes from the center but a good negotiation (necessary) with taxis will cost you 5 euros.

Calm down and be hospitable.

If you are looking for a paradise – no need to look further! Unbelievable retreat 10 minutes outside noisy city centre. Welcomed by lovely Ali & Nadia we could not believe such place could be real! Family run business providing you with everything you need 24/7 (they have a helper on site). Big supermarket is 3 minute drive away in case you want some food or drink, but owners of riad provide everything on site too. 

Bungalow looked like a palace room; however the whole place is a new built! Bed was very comfortable and shower very hot!  Room cleaned daily, different breakfast every morning. 

Highly recommended for tourists who are looking for a quiet and proper holiday with 5* service. The owners are easily contacted by email or phone for bookings.

We stayed here Oct/Nov 2014 and had a lovely time. Nadia and Ali, the owners were most welcoming as were the staff. It was very quiet and relaxing. The bungalow was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely time and were treated like one of the family. Certainly would recommend this place. They went out of their way to assist you with whatever was asked.

You are looking for a little paradise, you have to go to Nadia and Ali at Tajmakane... We were in the Mazala pavilion. There is all the comforts (excellent literature, television, indoor and outdoor living room, swimming pool dresses etc...) The garden is lush, the bright bougainvilleas and birds, not wild we were singing beautifully. This riad 10 minutes by car from the heart of Marrakech guarantees you the tranquility. Breakfast is full with a different Moroccan specialty each time. Dinners have nothing to eat, delicious soup Harira, Tajish, couscous with our guests. One in every way!

What a wonderful stay from 9-16 October 2014

This large house decorated with brown wood, leather and gogo carpets distilled a serene atmosphere the small big cushion lounges around the pool invited us to inevitable moments of relaxation and revelry around a good local bottle of wine Nadia's varied, cool eastern cuisine, a small oasis that has resuscitated us for a little week or we have lived out of time not to be missed!!

The best choice possible, a beautiful house, with garden and swimming pool. The personal, charming. The owners, Nadia and Alí, hospitalios as few hay, The rooms, owned by the 1001 nights, with all the amenities. Comfortable beds, an ideal place to rest after the hustle and bustle of the city.

We arrived tired, lacking sun, and came back to lie down quietly... This stay was more than a success, like a gift of life :) Not only is Tajmakane riad lovely with its beautiful garden, swimming pool, couches and beautiful rooms and sdb but also its hotels, Nadia and Ali are absolutely awesome! We felt like we were at friends' house... Thanks to Nadia for her fabulous cuisine and immense kindness, Thanks to Ali for her attention, addresses and generosity :) I had tears in my eyes when I left.. And I really hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming them if they pass through Paris Hot Tres! Riad of quality, friendships of quality, I am so grateful to all those who have this address, and I recommend that you go to the hotel, so thanks to Ali for her attention, addresses and generosity :)

I really enjoyed staying at Takmakane as our hosts and the staff were very welcoming and kind. The place is really nice, 10min by taxi from downtown so very calm when you need to rest and so sunny ! I am in love with Tajmakane :-) !! See you soon!

Perfect place to relax in Marrakech !

I stayed at the Tajmakane in January 2012 for a week and had a fantastic stay with my boyfriend. 
An airport pick-up can be arranged and if you take a small taxi to and from the centre of town, they are very affordable (5 euros one way to the Place Jemaa-el-Fna for example). 

The decor and comfort really makes this place worth while. 
Their cuisine is delicious, the rooms are warm and cosy since it get's a bit chilly in Morocco in winter time and the fireplace in the evening is enchanting. The shower was fine dispite what you may have read according to one of the reviews on this website.

The owners Ali and Nadia are extremely friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were really being looked after, whilest equally being able to enjoy our privicy.
