A very good option to go with children, the spacious and clean rooms, a little varied but good and abundant breakfast. We ate there twice and although there wasn't much variety everyone was very good, we had to book the lunch or dinner for the morning. The campsite is about 15 minutes from Essaouria but is worth the swimming pool and the tranquility, the quality and the great price.

Ideal for children.

After posting a negative review on Facebook and Google... the owner contacted me via messenger and it's uplifting!

We were two families with children and we didn't enjoy our trip to this campsite. The pool was not very clean and especially the floor was filled with very unpleasant little thorny branches.

It's not nice and the pool's not clean!

Hello following on our arrival at this establishment we found that bcp of things are missing at this last pool is small so that I find that the price is exaggerated compared to the competition and the worst c is that there was a cup that paid its entrance to access it at the pool and at the time of the bath the owner came before everyone to ask him to leave the pool because of his veil one thing that shocks me when going to a Muslim country I find inadmissible so never again in this establishment no I recommend it no ya bcp better elsewhere

Lack of respect for Moroccans

We spent four days and three nights in this place a little out of Essaouira, but it was a real pleasure to stay there. The boss and staff are very hospitable and friendly. Very nice spacious rooms and ideal swimming pool. What else!

That's an excellent address.

Everything you'd expect at a campsite, swimming pool (in winter without water), hot showers, well-maintained sanitation, Wi-Fi, restaurant, electricity, breakfast baguette, and the relative proximity to Essaouira (about 17 km).

It's a nice place.

We stayed here for two nights. The campsite is fine, with the right bathrooms and the pool is always a plus. The hotel rooms are very friendly. We were sold water and some bread. The breakfast is fine, although sometimes the real turkeys literally chase you for something to eat. The problem comes when two washers (which didn't leave the clothes especially well) charge you 100 dih, you put the clothes on dry and when you go for it charge you for an extra night. I understand that the hotel rooms are 12 to 12, but we are in many campsites and none of us have put a barrier to walking. Also, there were many different rules written at the reception and there was nowhere to call, nor did Lagon inform us that I am trying to leave the car without a trace of turkeys... so I have seen the clothes dry and when you go for it they charge you for an extra night. The right site, the wrong employer.

We spent one night at Camping Le Calme, in a studio decorated with Moroccan style and very clean. The pool is a treat. The children had a great time. If you are looking for a quiet place where we are well fed and well served, well I recommend Camping Le Calme 20 minutes from Essaouira. The owner/manager couple is very kind and always listening. And everything with an unequalled q-p ratio. In short, nothing to blame.

The Idyllic Place

I'm a regular at the campsites, I called for a reservation, they talk to me in a rather aggressive way. I try to stay calm. The gentleman asked me if I'm alone or if there's anyone accompanying me. I replied that I'm alone and he left me. Well, that's not going to be possible. This establishment is reserved for families only, go somewhere else. I replied that this is not listed either on the website or on the screw pages on the net and he replied:

We enjoyed a pleasant eight-day family stay at this quiet campsite, with clean and well-maintained facilities, and we enjoyed the large semi-Olympic pool and the companion's souk on Wednesday.
