When we arrived at the hotel the window was open so it was so cold in the room, all the sheets stained, bathroom with hair on the floor and no soap.

Rarely

There was a strange small; the (very little) room was at the under ground floor; to reach it the stairs were very steep and with a metal sheet (my daugther, wet for the rain, fell down at the first step and she stopped only at the end…). 
Once entered, we discovered that the room wasn’t clean, even if we arrived in the afternoon.
The room was very little, the bathroom was as “ big” as a camper’s one. The shelf above the sink was too near to it, so it was difficult to brush the teeth and to rinse the mouth, so the water fell down.
The second day, the towels were missing and the third day the towels had some holes. 
Nevertheless, the position in the city is good, near to the center and the room temperature was confortable.

Bad fall and difficult sink

I disagree!! The hotel doesn't deserve a star. -My girlfriend's iPad was stolen from the hotel!!!!! We left it in the room and went to our tourist activities. In the evening there was no more. We still had access to cameras that don't give the view of the whole room (use of cameras???). The roommates are the only people who got in and blocked the view of the camera with the bathroom door (as by chance). The receptionist didn't have us, accused us of thieves in our turn. Is it a bad attitude to have with his customers?? - sheets were badly washed. We slept on the bathroom. - The little cups and the hair - The toilets are not very dirty. - The bathroom is also not worth serving.

The iPad was stolen from the hotel.

When you make accommodation without having any kind of interest for guests but only income this is the result. All the services are to be improved, rooms, furniture, cleaning, staff. Prices are not at all low but they do not offer any service! It is worth going elsewhere! Good location, near the center. Very small underground room but well heated. They have never gone through the cleaning, nor to change towels or to replace toilet paper or soap. Very small bathroom, sitting on the toilet with the door closed is to be excluded and even just washing your face is an uncomfortable business minus laundry. Not to mention the stairs, steep and very comfortable with the baggage compartment.

Bunker room.

Very friendly staff and available to advise on the various activities. It is easily accessible by taxi or Uber from the airport. Very close to the hotel there is a small coffee shop, a mini market, a tram stop and various places for an aperitif or breakfast.

It's a perfect position.

Pretty basic, but great staff and location. Wasn’t a problem for us, but think twice if you have a mobility disability as the stairs are ridiculously steep. Would stay here again for sure given the price. Big shout out to John on the desk - lovely fella.

Not bad at all

Beds where coming though the room was very small. The stairs are also very steep and I couldn’t imagine someone walking down them when they have had a drink. We was down in the basement and the WiFi had barely worked though you can hear Eve Rhône up above walking up and down the stairs. The stairs in the room where very step where the bathroom was and that was also very very small. The location was good though as it was central to everything.

Not my cup of tea

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for one night, and we were assigned a room near the front door, so we could hear the noise of people coming in all night, positive it has the new bathroom and location, recommended for short stays.

Price and top position

On the banks of the canal and a few meters from the museum district, this small hotel is suitable only for very young women. Without an elevator, our original room was on a 4th floor, which we gave up and moved to the 1st. We never imagined it, but the hotel is frequented by very young people who party. We were able to hold out until 1 a.m. and had to get down (no internal phone) to ask the janitor to intervene. The owner (who is only present from 9 to 15 a.m.) is a gentleman of oriental character who very kindly reintegrated the amount of the remaining 3 nights we had paid for, and we left in the morning.

 Great location, but only for those under 21.

The hotel is very basic but does a job for a short break. 
We stayed on the lowest floor of the hotel and the stairs are very steep, go careful if you have lots of luggage. 
The room is extremely basic and could do with some tlc, but the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is tiny, hardly any room at all but the shower was decent. 
Good location, a short walk to bars and restaurants and not a far walk to all the main attractions. 
The hotel is noisy, the walls must be pretty thin as we could hear a lot of noise when we were in bed. 

As mentioned, not bad for a short stay but would look elsewhere for a longer stay due to a lack of amenities and noise levels.
