Disappointment One weekend that had started well! The cabin is very well located, and very nice from the outside! PhillDutch is very kind at first, and very kind, and very well informed us about the city's centres of interest. First negative point on entering: The inside of the cabin is convenient, but too small for 5 people! There is a double bed, two simple beds and a gentle inflatable mattress that we can hardly get out of the room. Second negative point: After making prior contact with our cabin, he told us that we should get the keys back from the cabin at 2:30 am but that the cabin would be a little warm after 1 p.m., but that we would not be able to say anything about the time we got back from the bathroom! How to Avoid Deception

We had a good time in Amsterdam too and thanks in part to the quality of the accommodation on this houseboat!!!! In fact, the place is made up of two equipped studios. If you come by car, you can find a parking nearby (on average 36 euros per parking meter for 24 hours paid in Visa card... which is not an exceptional price for Amsterdam...). Otherwise, then, to walk around, you have 5 minutes' walk tramways on the Wetering Circuit that take you to the centre in particular to Rembrandt Plein, Dam or Leidse Plein).

I recommend this houseboat!!!

The window in front of the bed from the canal is simply fabulous. Sleeping in a house on the water is an experience to try!!! Even though it was December the room was warm and comfortable. Efren, the owner, is very available and when we arrived he explained everything we could see in Amsterdam with so many little tips. Thank you Efren, if we return to Amsterdam it will be in your floating house.

Excellent compromise quality price...provided with everything you need and very comfortable besides being located in a wonderful location!!!! Ideal for those who love to dive into the daily life of Amsterdam!!! Very available and serious owner!!! We were great!!!!!!!!

Perfect welcome, very nice houseboat, very well located because it's a quiet place, and close to the tram station that connects directly to the centre and to the station. These 5 days have gone by far too quickly, and we've already given this address to all our friends!!! you can go to efren, it's adorable and you won't be disappointed!! a unique experience to discover this beautiful city that is amsterdam! we'll be back, it's promised!!

We called Efren from the train station and she allowed us to take the room early and get rid of our bags. To give Efren time to make the room after the previous occupants left, we went for a walk to the wonderful market right next door, before going home on the ferry. As for the location, it's wonderful! Practical to go anywhere, quiet neighborhood, tram stop not far away nothing to reproach. The only thing I found was that it wasn't warm enough, but in fact the night we were just too hot and we were forced to join the heater. There is also a good restaurant to go back to, the Sempel, we went to the diner and lunch, which is not far away nothing to reproach.
