Welcome, clean and well-equipped apartment. Ideal to avoid getting ruined in the city's restaurants. No worries about the nearby bar but a lot of noise just below our windows... a person didn't mind rocking in the middle of the night on his car parked in the street (disco, hammer blows...etc)!!

We stayed with 4 friends for a short vacation. The mini apartment was very spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and a living room with a cooking corner. Essential furnishings in classic Scandinavian style and excellent cleaning. It is slightly moved from the center, but Oslo is not a huge city that can be easily reached. Besides, there is a tram stop two steps away. The interesting price for those who, like us, do not have a big budget available. We would recommend!

I stayed in an apartment with four people, two floors, very spacious, cozy and above all warm!! there was everything we needed, near the center, from the bus terminal we arrived on foot without too much effort. Suitable for everyone's needs

Conventionality and essential

Named Short Stay Apartments between our booking and our arrival. We rented for 3 nights, 2 3 bedroom apartments (for 11 people). We were on the 3rd floor but quite far away from each other. The 2 apartments were not really equivalent but all 2 ok. Not the big luxury, medium but clean finishes, very convenient and quite comfortable, spacious and bright. The elevator works well. The wifi accessory is capricious but some usable. The nice neighborhood. The center, ferries and the train station can be reached on foot, the transport card can be limited to 90 NOK. The view on the café is great. The noise didn't bother us. There really isn't a bathroom and a micro-channel and accessories would be missing in the room.

Excellent value for money

We rented an apartment in this place, it was spacious with two bathrooms. Unfortunately we had the number 101 on the ground floor, just above a bar (which closes at 11pm however), so we had to leave the windows closed. Besides the SDB is poorly designed, after a shower the water flows all over the floor so you can not put anything on the ground. The facilities of the apartments are minimal (no microwave, very medium plate...) with little cover and few fabrics. The climate makes a hellish noise, and we had to briculate a little (that is to say close the city bars) to be able to sleep (after a few minutes at the bottom of the windows and then get to the main street).

We booked an apartment for 5 people with 3 bedrooms, and we weren't disappointed. We were able to get exactly the apartment we wanted (with two separate beds in one of the rooms, with 2 bathrooms in total, and rather in height) - thanks to Ida and Jeanette for their help! We absolutely have to warn you if you don't want an apartment with communicating rooms (they have one). We ask you to call a phone number shortly before you arrive so that the person at the front desk is on site to give you the keys, but it didn't cause us any problems! So the apartment is located 20 minutes from downtown, and gives on a small river so that a real branch in a neighbourhood.

The location is nice as long as you like the noise on Saturday nights as there are terrace cafes all around.The site is one of the most pleasant in Oló as it is located on the banks of a river.

In a good position 10 minutes from the centre, quiet area in the bohemian district of Grunnelokka, these modern apartments with Ikea furniture with great potential.
