Nice and neat hostel. We stayed looking at the facade outside. Friendly and serviced staff. Good room and good bathroom (in which there was some hair from the previous tenants, cleanliness improved). Very hot water in the shower but adjustable (super necessary to get warm), MUCH cold in the bathroom faucet due to the temperatures. A hair dryer. A comfortable bed with plenty of shelter. Outside the bed is cold. There is a hot tub available, which can be rented. ¡Buenos desay!

Excellent view of the terrace highly recommended spacious patio the incredible breakfast, the owners are very friendly are always helping.

A good place to rest.

It's perfectly in line with what we expected and very local. Marta and Martin are charming. The room is rudimentary but very convenient. The main thing is for a one-night stay! If there is no heating, you sleep well under a thick layer of local blankets. Excellent quality price ratio! Special mention for Cesar, outstanding driver, extremely friendly and helpful, very patient too, who accepted our very good heart rate photographer with a stop every 2-300 meters! It's rudimentary, clean and nice!

Bad service: rude, rude, rude, unkind, cold water is a lie that they have hot water, powerless bath water and no ventilation. We will NEVER return. Not even a little hot water could be invited.

The worst service is the worst care.

Very nice the very kind owners and the clean and quiet place, they provide hot water bags for the extreme cold, the good and varied breakfast, they helped us with the check out everything very well, especially the kindness of the owners.

Very good.

The rooms are simple, cold because there is no heating and no sound, but like all the houses in the area and for this price. A generous and very good little dej! Special mention for the pancake! Possibility to park the car inside!

Nice night in Chivay

The family that owns this wonderful little hostel were friendly. The rooms were clean, a bit small, but everything you needed. The showers were hot no issues there, but the bed was slightly hard. Still had a good sleep before heading into Colca Canyon. The family also stored our extra baggage while we were gone. Such a great service to offer! A part of the building, like so many others, was partly finished and looked like a second floor would be added. I would stay there again.

Wonderful rooftop lounge area

I stayed one night in this inn during my visit to the Colca Canyon. I was in a shared room (but the manager had warned me that I would be alone) with a private bathroom. The inn is well located, less than 5 minutes' walk from the main square of Chivay. It has no kitchen but there is a small central garden with a swing. The room was clean, with windows on the outside. The mattress was right and there was a night table to lay her things down.

The right hostel for a night

Worst of all, the people who serve their poorly educated guests don't care for their guests, the room was very bad and when they complained they had no interest in solving it at all.

When you choose a cheap accommodation, you always wonder if the benefits are worth the price.!! Reading the description of this hotel you think it is a good deal and that's all....!! Alas!! The bedding is correct and that's all. Painting the walls would need a juvenile blow. The walls and the doors let out the noise and the cold. When at the reception, we were forced to claim twice the toilet paper, soap and toiletries. We only got the toiletries in the evening and, insisting, served. When at the soap, we wait for him again..!!We may still have a small lunchroom for groups who do not want to go to the right place.
