For the second time I stayed at the Casa del Parque hotel, I felt calm and safe because the area is residential, but at the same time it is central since from there I can walk to the Coliseo Gran Chimù about seven blocks away. It is also easy to get to the center of Trujillo and Huanchaco because the microphones pass by the corner. The staff very attentive, according to the breakfast (tamales y yugo o pan con huevo ycafe) the saunas and rooms are not very large, but they are comfortable, with a modern closet and bathroom.

Love this place .Everyone  was very helpful .Wilmer  was the best .This  is the third  time I have stayed there.. Next year I will be back. The motel is in a great location .If  you need transportation the front  desk was very helpful calling a taxi and telling them were you need to go .Every is really in walking distance. Beautiful views  and very clean.

spending a few days in Antigua

I stayed four days at the Casa del Parque hotel, for many years I hadn't been to Trujillo, I was a little nervous, but the hotel is in a residential area with beautiful, modern houses, next to a park. A quiet location near two avenues such as North America and Tùpac Amaru from there can be mobilized by bus to anywhere in Trujillo for a minimum price. The rooms are small, but clean, with clean saunas. The breakfast is continental, but the attention is good. All staff are very friendly and are always attentive to what you may need..I recommend it.

Hotel Econico recomedable

We stayed for 3 nights, although at first there were problems with the wifi, we notified the person responsible and quickly tried to find a way to fix the problem and for the three days it worked perfectly, the location is convenient near the fireplace, the rooms are clean, we will definitely return.

Very good.

I had to be on the floor in a very large room that was double even though I was alone, taking care to move the suitcases because the stairs to climb it were narrow. They don't have an elevator. There is hot water, TV, in itself it's very quiet. Except for waking up, the neighboring houses have a lot of cocks that from very early on start with their songs that finally wake you up. At breakfast you put coffee, two loaves and I ordered scrambled eggs. The portion is small. Only one night. The reception bathroom is small and of complicated access because of the things that are stored there, that is, mattresses and other unused furniture.

A basic hostel.

Very good location especially if you are looking for tranquility, it is surrounded by parks and close to the shopping areas, 10 minutes walk from the city centre and above all good care enough to accommodate the room, they offer a basic, fresh breakfast.

Comfortable and clean.

I called the hotel and the manager immediately invited us in. I had rented another hotel and it was disgusting so I found this one. Clean safe and very inexpensive. The staff was very pleasant. 
Only downfall was the floors are squeaky and you can feel all the noise from the adjacent rooms ! 
They have a price with breakfast included too. We only stayed one night. The bathroom was ok. 

Good for the price 

The rooms are modern and clean. The bathrooms are just as good. In fact, the entire establishment looks cared for and well managed.

The hotel is located within a quiet, gated community. The plaza is about 20 minutes (walking) away. Taxis are readily available.

The breakfasts are more than adequate.

A good choice

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were very impressed with the rooms. The bathrooms in particular were very modern and had reasonably good hot water (a luxury in Trujillo). The breakfast was good and included bread, butter, jam, coffee, tea, juice and eggs/omelette. The owners and staff speak very little English, but are friendly and helpful (we speak very little Spanish but managed fine). Location wise it was perfect for us as I was attending training nearby. It is about a 20minute walk to the city centre (or 5-10minutes in a cab for around 4soles). The bus to Huanchaco regularly passes right down the street and will get you to the beach in 30-40 minutes for 1.50 soles. There are several good lunch options nearby, most do a two course lunch for around 6 soles. Dinner options nearby include burgers and Chinese, there is also with a steak restaurant and family style chicken restaurant about a  5 minute walk down America Norte. There are several grocery stores and small shops nearby (for water, snacks etc) as well as same day laundry services. Our room had a small fridge which was useful for chilling drinks and fruits etc. The area seems safe, even at night.
