We booked all the rooms of the establishment for 6 days when we arrived in Boracay, we were 6 adults and 3 children. A couple in the DRC, a couple + 2 children underage on the first floor and 1 couple + 1 child for the 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The place is very clean and fully equipped, the rdc and the first floor have a kitchen. The showers are in impeccable condition. The terrace on the first and second floor and also the rdv with a private bar are always provided by the host and there is someone to welcome you as well as a person for security, the place is really equipped with a security system. The surveillance is directly available and the centre is equipped with a taxi service but the location is very far away from the taxi stand.

Six days with family in Boracay

Stayed here for 11 nights with my partner and 3 of our children (all in their 20s) and will be going back next year. A few paces from the house and you are on stunning Tambissan beach with fine white sand and crystal clear waters. There are local shops nearby where you can buy pretty much everything you might need. The house is on the quiet end of the island which is totally unspoilt and breathtakingly beautiful. If you want to go to white beach its only a 10 minute journey by trike. We went to D'Mall most days but it gets really busy and couldnt wait to get back to Tambissan! 
The house itself is beautiful. Set over 3 floors each room has its own balcony and ensuite bathroom. The owner lives on site and there are staff who come in everyday. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. If you need anything just ask. Likewise if you want to know about the local area or the best place to eat. Danny, the owner, will help you to organise any activies or advise you where to go. He will even organise transfers to and from Kalibo. I must give Rengie, a member of staff, a special mention. He was fantastic!!!
There are 2 dogs at the property but they are pretty much like the locals, laid back and friendly to the point that they spent most days on the beach with us just chilling in the shade.

There were many dogs on the beach and at the premise. You may love this place if you're a dog person.

I stayed in the room without air-condition on the top floor. It could get pretty hot from the morning as the stand fan was barely sufficient to cool the room.

The area is secluded from the tourist crowd of the White Beach, but just a few steps from Tambisaan Beach. Overall, you should give this place a try if you're looking to stay away from tourists place.
