the place is dirty! i was book the dorm with 10 bed. in the small room was 12 beds and just later i realized that i need to sleep with the ppl who working and living in the hostel. the pillow was stink, needed to ask blanket bc was not normal to have. really not a friendly atmosphere there. couldnt stay in the night, just left. 

worst experience

I booked an individual room at this hostel. They gave me a nice, large room with a good view. The shower had hot water and there was a mini-fridge.

The wifi was good and the air conditioning was good enough.

The only downside was that I had to walk up to the 4th floor every time I went to my room. There is an elevator but either it doesn't work on the 4th floor or this hotel/hostel's guests are not allowed to use it (the hostel shares a building with another hotel, which I would refer to as the main hotel).

Good individual room - must climb several flights of stairs

Great for budget conscious travellers but somewhat out of the way. The room is tiny but the aircondition made up for the lack of air in the room.  The shared bathroom is clean and big. Decors are a nice touch to the place.

Budget hostel

The location is good as it's near SM city (bus station) but the hostel is not really good. I paid 450p/night in a 10p dorm. The bathroom was really bad, couldn't take a shower as there were no water! 
The staff was really not helpful and not nice to me. 
Wouldn't recommend it. 

Not good

The hostel is quite compact, especially the reception area. 

Service/Staff - The reception staff were funny and very helpful, drawing us a map of Cebu and all the best spots and how to get there. They took my bags up to the dorm for me too!

The Room - Unfortunately they were super stuffy, but had 2 huge electric fans blasting. A bit noisy but you get used to it. The Rooms were clean enough.

Bathrooms - They were OK, not that welcoming as the arrangement of toilets and shower cubicles were quite awkward and tight fitting. Could do with some refreshing.

Location - Ok Location with a quite a few places to eat around the area.

Overall OK stay but just for a night - some refurbishment would be great to modernize and refresh the place!

Ok stay for one night

Clean and friendly. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Dominique in the reception is very knowledgeble about good destinations in the Philippines and takes his time to assist the guests in a very welcoming and warm manner.
I had a great time and can highly recommend the hostel!

Great staff, clean and nice.

We booked a room for 6 people with 3 double beds but surprised when we arrived we offered a dorm room for 8 people on the ground floor next to the hallway or everyone gets home. 188 euros the dorm room is a bit expensive. The hotel refused to pay us back, I was going to have to cancel my booking so I could get a discount of 150 euros instead of 188 euros which will be saying no charge... but nothing confirms it to me. The hotel is really too expensive for the service to offer.

Fleeing

I was assigned a bed in the dormitory near the reception, on the ground floor... what a disappointment. A tiny dormitory for 8 people. There's really no room for bags and no locker to store our stuff. The bathroom in the dormitory was okay. A mini blanket is provided with the bed. No lunch included but there are small restaurants nearby and a large shopping mall a few minutes' walk away. The common area on the third floor is very small. It's the staff who charm this place. They're very kind and dedicated. They've been very helpful with their travel tips. A super convinced team. I wouldn't go back there.

Great staff.

Two nights in this hotel, with many air-conditioned bedrooms, clean showers and toilets. Only a bemool, a common space, the lounge rather small and no kitchen. On the other hand, 7/8, restaurants, mall, and ATM are very close and very useful.
