The room and the toilet are small. The toilet is the bathroom as well. If you are Solo traveller and not much request for your stay,  you can stay here as it's cheap. Overall, it's still a comfortable place to stay. 

The location is so so, the only place that you can reach by your foot is Fo Guang Shan temple but nothing to do there. There are many jeepneys pass by the hostel. You can reach your destinations if you know the routes.

Everything is small but still acceptable for a Solo traveller

Sometimes you can find a cheap hotel that ends up being a gem. This isn't one. The staff is friendly. But the room is the smallest I've ever been in. And the bathroom the same. Paint is so worn that it looks dirty, even if clean. Bathroom sink about the size of half a sheet of A4 paper. Mirror only shows below your chest, so can't shave. Thin mattress is surprisingly comfortable. The "Keith" room is furthest from the lobby and street noise.

If you want the cheapest place that is just OK, this may work.

I wouldn't stay here at all i've stayed in better budget places than here! First of all the air con, didn't even work properly because our room was still boiling! It got to the point i would have to sit next to it to cool down. Secondly if you want to have a nice HOT shower you have to ask the receptionist to turn it on! Which i can understand it being a budget place, but honestly that's a bit ridiculous! The door was very thin, some nights i can literally hear the receptionist speak outside our room. Last but not least the night receptionist, i swear she has an attitude problem! She did help us out one time getting my lock off my bag as it was stuck! But mainly she looked angry and when we went out a few times one time she was on her social media and her phone. Which i thought was a bit unprofessional.

Utterly awful

I know it’s cheap but it’s really disappointing.

• CR is so small. You can’t move inside. The door won’t close. 

• Air conditioning is not working. No help at all from the staff. She just said “Oh lalamig din yan mamaya kasi naka-full naman.”. Wow. We’ve been there for more than 30 minutes already and it’s still scorching hot inside the room. 

•The pillows. Omg. It’s so thin you can barely feel it.

Thank God we haven’t unpacked yet. We’ve decided right there and then to move to some other place.

Disappointing

One of the cheapest guest house in Cebu City located at V Rama Ave. 
I've been visiting here for 3 times not just because of "cheap" accommodation but it's the place where you could stay like just home,being a backpacker all we need is to have a comfy accommodation with friendly staff ,friendly price and should be worth it. And this place is recommended!  

cOMfy ! ! ! 

As this was our first time to visit Cebu, we were looking for a not so fancy place to stay where we could just spend the night while we are in the city. Luckily, we found this and for the price we paid, I can say it was worth it. I mean, our beds were clean, AC was ok. Had a good sleep and was ready to explore Cebu the following day!

Nice and decent stay for its price

We obviously didn't expect to have a room this small. It could hardly fit a bed and a TV. The walls were covered and the ceiling was covered. The bathroom and shower were all one square meter together. Right next to the toilet, the floors were draining. To wash was literally standing on the toilet. The sink is so small that even a hand can hardly fit to wash its hands.

Very small room and bad internet.

When we arrived at the end of the day, we found this hotel very disappointing. There was no kitchen space to just make a little coffee, no space to exchange, guests gathered in front of our door in the hallway around a small table and chatted while we wanted to sleep. They didn't speak out loud, but the door was so thin that we could hear all the conversations including the one in the next room. The nail was a water breakdown. It was impossible to know if it was just about the hotel, the building or the neighborhood. No shower, no toilet, no toothbrush. At midnight, we were brought a water seal like in Africa for no water. Following this incident, the decision made by the employees who did not smile in Cebu, who would always be able to find the best way to keep this establishment safe (but they certainly have no way to do so).

very disappointing

The staff is extremely friendly and the owner is always in a good mood. The small but fine rooftop terrace is perfect for meeting new people, even if the chairs are a little wobbly. If you ask dearly, the owner even comes to party at the mango avenue. The rooms are air conditioned and the price for the performance is very good. I stayed there twice and would do it again!

Price and service

Located in  Uptown  in a rather uninteresting environment (where it is not even obvious to find a nice place to eat), we only spent a single night in this youth hostel located on the 4th floor of a building with an unwelcoming appearance. Indeed, the city of Cebu has few tourist outlets, it is more than a step towards other more attractive destinations. The rooms are very small (about 10 m2) for 830 php (double room with air conditioning), but clean and soundproof enough from the noise of the street. The reception is open all the time, the network, and the courtyard is serenous and viable. The terrace is small and the dining room is not difficult.
