First Pacific Inn Davao is a the right place for a traveller who's looking for a affordable budget wise place to live. They have a free wifi, a cold A/C in the room and a hot water in the bath room also they have a TV with a 24hr satellite feed channels. The place is also secure with their friendly and accomodating staff. 

So simple but a great place to stay away from home...

We are first time go there... we was always see about your hotel in online.... i stay there 1 days for my vacation,, i want to say i go many hotel for my vacation tour but your hotel is best Hotel pesific inn,, thank you

The bed itself is soft and comfortable, pillows are soft but not quality (as expected)

Cons:
The noise outside is 24/7 even though i’m staying on the 5th floor. Warning: don’t take a room facing the street. I wasn’t able to sleep peacefully because of this.

Lobby is not air conditioned. They have AC but prefers to turn it off. 

Would i recommend this place? Not sure. 

Average stay

The hotel is pretty central, u can get cabs easily. No jipneys or tiktuks allowed on this road as its a main road...so taking taxis all the time can be expensive. Rooms are very basic n clean. Bathrooms have hot water. WiFi is very good, Reception is very cordial & helpful. Only draw back is that they dont offer a good american or continental style breakfast. If ur planning for a long stay, I would not recommend as they do not have cupboards to keep your clothes

Decent hotel...nothing fancy

We booked a twin deluxe room from Aug 9-13. We did not expect anything coz it was cheap. But to our surprise, the hotel is really nice and the rooms are clean. Im reading a lot of comments and some are saying that the wifi connection sucks, but Nooooooo, wifi is great. Hahahahahahaha. One time pumunta kaming Samal tapos we just decided to leave the keys sa frontdesk para di mawala. Pagbalik namin super linis na ng kwarto kahit di namin nirequest. And Im telling you guys, the hotel personnels were really nice to us. Kudos to them!! And one more, the location is really strategic, malapit sya sa lahat!! 😊 

Best Hotel

the location is good, near city center, accessible to restaurants, malls, hotels and other commercial establishments and offices. room is spacious and clean, staff are friendly and courteous, but no free drinking water available, no wifi connection and tv channel are limited.

I booked this hotel mainly because it was near the Cosmopolitan Funerals where a wake was going on. For the cheap rate and busy street location, I expected the worse but was surprised to find that I actually liked it. I only booked a couple nights thinking to move to a "better" hotel after the funeral. Instead I extended my stay because when I checked the other hotel I planned to move to, it was not worth the money I would be paying. First Pacific's room is cheaper, bigger and cleaner. Not sparkling, 5 star hotel clean. But clean enough.  Absolutely no creepy crawlies and no smell. Daily linen change too.
There are only 4 rooms on each floor so the noise level is very low in the corridor. I was on the 3rd floor but I could barely hear the busy traffic  along Quirino Ave. below. 
The WIFI was fast ( I was streaming video!)  - but I can only vouch for the 3rd floor WIFI. On the negative side - no restaurant. Breakfast is delivered to your room and its pretty boring choices. 
The front desk staff was always helpful. Taxi is right outside 1 - 5 minutes wait. Not bad for a budget hotel.

Not bad for a cheap hotel. Clean and not noisy. Great WIFI.

A simple, new little hotel, the most urgent thing you need for a night out, a good price-performance story, and above all clean, located downtown, a clinic within walking distance, Rizal Street as well, a short drive to Ana Wharft, and other shopping malls.
