Stayed December 27th, 2019 through January 6th, 2020.  First time staying in Davao and in this hotel.  It is newer, clean, has separate large bed rooms with separate bathroom/shower, and "air con".
The air conditioning is great and works without key cards. The room was big enough to put our luggage against the walls without feeling cramped.   There was towels and soap provided and daily room cleaning.  
The interior of the hotel is an atrium with fish pond.
This hotel is steps away from a full service laundromat.  Up the street is a 24 hour food mart with drugstore.   The malls are within 70 pesos taxi rides.  Close to the airport.

A New Hotel that is a bargain and offers a lot for low price!

Everything is great except for the wifi access. The interior design is excellent. The rooms are great. Close to Abreeza Mall but kinda far from downtown. Staff are polite, kind and superb.

Wifi is superbad. You cannot even have a decent connection at the lobby.

Truly a zen place for resting

For a budget accommodation, Urban Living Zen Hotel really exceeded my expectations. Our room, although cheap, was clean and more spacious than most that I've stayed at.

We also enjoyed the view outside our room - the koi pond and the courtyard. Both are soothing to the eyes and ears.

I do hope the management would consider putting up a dining establishment someday, one that promotes organic farming and healthy living.

a relaxing stay in a budget hotel

It's safe and clean. The staff are attentive but not overly bothersome. It's a good location for Davao City and getting to malls and such. Rooms are spacious and air conditioning worked as intended. Nice, calm vibe. 

Nice, economy hotel

Very clean economy hotel offering the basics for apprx 1200 to 1400 pesos per night 
Over night accommodations for less than $ 25.00 USD per night. Relative new property and has bed , with cold AC and good shower . It is not a luxury hotel , it does not have a restruant but has in room food ordering for delivery . Not a hostile but a step above with security . No elevator, so if yiu have an issue  with stairs then need to request a lower first floor room.  . It is a clean no frills accommodation for budget minded traveler visiting Davao City,also free internet which works very well .

Thumbs up for the budget minded person or couple .

Very nice budget hotel for short or longer term stays in Davao

Nice and clean although I had to ask for a new pillow because the first one smelled sweaty.  

The girl at the front desk was kind enough to let my daughter and I feed the koi.  

The guard hailed a taxi for us each time we needed one.  

The building had skylight roofing for its covered courtyard -- good way to conserve electricity.
