Hello! Trying to contact or book rooms and confirm my party reservation at your rooftop but I can't seem to get in touch with your hotel. Got this 'goodbye' message from your website so just wondering if you've closed down?

Ok for the price, and may be good option if your trip is cost sensitive. Taxi to Makati business district costs around 120 -150 peso. 

Noise was only issue for a night when there was a noisy guests speaking on the aisle. But usually everyone seemed take care of manner.

Breakfast is so so. If you usually skip breakfast, you can skip this one as well. Nothing specutacular. 

Hotel has pet-friendly policy but they don't put clear info on pet charge anywhere on their website. It's currently 1,000 peso / day.

budget simple hotel in Makati suburb

It is ok. the room is spacious, but nothing special about it. The surroundings within this hotel is super busy area. But if your target is only to have a place to stay for your travel, this is as well a nice option.

t'was okay!

It's been a year since I actually first stayed in this hotel and it was fantastic. My room was well-lighted, spacious and comfortable, Wi-Fi was strong and the bathroom, although a bit small, was comfy enough to move around. I had my breakfast at the top floor and was served with a very tasty chicken tocino meal. Staff are very accommodating and pleasant. You can find a nice massage salon nearby. I will come back.

Very comfortable stay

It is a bit difficult the area of this hotel. It is located in one of the small streets of makati. The surrounding environment is not that decent. The staff are very slow. We just stayed here because of our dogs. 

Poor location and staff

A new modern hotel, with all modern amenities available by request. It was the real clean place I visited in the philippines and the staff was professionals. Location was awesome, really close to the airport. Near the hotel there are restaurants and fast food chains, the Mall of Asia was not far by taxi. I definitely would stay again, my only regret was I couldn't enjoy the place longer. 

The only complaint I have is, I don't understand why I had to put down a 1000pp deposit upon arrival, especially as I had already booked and paid the accommodation by credit card before arrival. Would there be some damage, I am sure they could charge it from my credit card and 1000pp would probably not go too far in covering any damage that might occur. I was forced to withdraw more money for my last day from the atm because I was not expecting to pond a 1000pp before traveling home. Also, because of this, I was left with pesos when flying back home.

Excellent

This hotel is the best cost benefit near Manila airport. It quietly breaks the galho waiting for the connection, we arrived at 01:00 in the morning at the hotel and were very well served by the staff. I remember that this hotel is not in Manila but in Makati, it is in a middle class/low class neighborhood but the street is super busy and quiet, besides it has several 24hrs options to kill the morning hunger.

Hotel to stay connected at Manila Airport

The guys saved us during a forced delay due to the typhoon, when instead of boarding a plane to our destination, we were forced to wander around the dubious hotels of Manila. When we remembered the hotel we booked on the way back, we went there and were pleasantly surprised. We were immediately accommodated, without any price changes. The rooms were small, but with everything we needed and clean. There are no balconies, but on the top floor there is a very nice breakfast terrace with a great view of the city. The only thing that scared us was a huge cockroach that flew to this terrace during the sunrise. It was obviously very aggressive and we were forced to leave) - but it was a very nice place to save for the sunshine, but it was very close to the sunshine.

The hotel is located in a busy area, close to a lot of public places, shops, pharmacies, etc. The rooms are very simple, but there is everything necessary and even a minibar. The rooms are clean. We shot 8 rooms at once, everyone was satisfied, except for the room on the 5th floor, there were cockroaches.

For a short stop.

The hotel is located near the airport, got there for 360 pesos (taxi drivers are always cheating), got back at night for 160 pesos. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the staff is very polite and friendly, when you arrive they will take a 500 pesos deposit with you, if nothing is taken from the bar - then it will be returned. There is a set of soap accessories, a set for making tea and coffee, including teaspoons. There is a bar with drinks and sweets at low prices. The hotel is connected in the hall with a shop where you can buy various sandwiches, drinks (including alcoholic beverages), ready-made sausages, chicken, coffee, etc.
