We stayed during 10 day quarantine:
Pros: friendly staff. They serve good food.
Cons: 
The hotel is ran down bad, dirty floors and bathroom. 
The window that leads to the vents have dirty sanitary napkin. 
Missing light bulbs. 
Stain walls. 
The window cover was falling apart from rust.
The AC literally  have ice so it stopped working and hard to be turn off. 
Mosquitoes in the room. 
The hallway smells cigarette smokes. 
There’s no AC in the hallway.
The fake grass in the hotel entry/driveway is dirty
The toilet dont flush that good. We had to call the maintenance for assistance.
The hotel walls are dingy.
No elevator.
No windows in our room (3rd floor) which is depressing knowing you are quarantined for 10 days without seeing the outside.
They dont maintain the rooms clean and very outdated which is very disappointing. Stay elsewhere!

Hotel is ran down bad!!!

The hotel is situated right on McArthur highway making it a more ideal location for those that are indenting to spend any time north in Valenzuela.

The rooms themselves are clearly meant for couples with romantic intentions, but they also serve well as general accommodation  however the hotel does not allow children for obvious reasons.

The food much like the hotel is average but reasonably priced and the service is great.

Each room shares a maximum of one wall directly with another room, the other side being separated by individual staircases, Every room is on the second floor (first floor for the Americans among you) with the ground floor being a private parking area however any large vehicles like 4x4 will have trouble due to the low ceiling height.

Bathrooms are reasonable however there are two problems, the toilet paper is fed out as individual sheets, not a roll, also the hot water has nearly no water pressure behind it making for unenjoyable showers. 

Most of the rooms do not have a safe (vault) they do however have a small stocked fridge. The beds are made of a thing mattress and as such may be to hard for those of you requiring a softer bed.

The service from the staff is exceptional.

The only other problem I have with the hotel is the same things that dogs almost every hotel in the Philippines right up to the 5 stars which is poor build quality.

It may seem like I am bagging out this hotel but I am not, in a way I am just nit picking so you are aware of any fault before hand. The hotel itself is by far the best I have stayed at in Malabon so far and was a pleasant stay, I will definitely be back there again if I travel to Malabon.

It was...ok

Got the deal from ensogo. Easy reservation and easy check in. Staff was accommodating and room was worthy of the price. It was clean and comfortable to rest. Environment was also quiet, that is good for relaxation. I love the design of the room, it was Aztec I as remember.

A Worthy Stay

On arrival, pleasant staff quickly take my bag upstairs to my room, and leave me standing in the driveway wondering where i'm going. they are kind enough to point me in the direction i need to go. So i climb up the stairs to my room; it's nice and clean so that's a good thing. I quickly realize that this "themed motel" is set up for couples. No big deal, different but ok. So  the hotel is in a pretty average area, no where to eat out near by. so I order room service. Prices are reasonable until the food arrives; average is being kind. Food was tasteless and appeared to have come out of a can.
sleep quality was good, probably a bit too much noise from what i assume were the staff out in the car park area.
Now came breakfast which was included in the price. Don't be fooled into thinking it's a buffet breakfast as with most other places. i asked the staff and they said, order off the menu. So I did and they sent a bill. I sent the bill back, after some discussion with the manager, i was allowed to eat the food I ordered without charge. Goes without saying that it was not pleasant. The interaction with the staff for the day consisted of three attempts to have them clean and make up the room. 3rd time lucky; except the cleaner came up and asked me what i wanted done. I suggested that the bed get made, new towels provided and the dirty dishes be removed. (It's not rocket science). Breakfast on morning two was what i was entitled to have; this consisted of two very sad looking rolls. mmmmm yummy they were not. Day two was similar, no room cleaning even after it was requested. So i spoke to the manager asking for it to be cleaned prior to going out. I cam back to find a bed made up, new towels and a bunch of left overs and dirty dishes from breakfast still on the table in the middle of the room.
I've got one day to go, but couldn't wait to write this review to help others avoid this place if they can.

I've worked out that this motel chain has several sites; I'm not sure what the others are like, but this one, from what i can tell, does not have a spa, a gym, a restaurant or any amenities other than the room and room service food.
