Location is near the airport, chinatown market, souvenir shops, restaurants and baywalk.

I would like to commend Marvin - Front Desk Officer who was very accommodating with all our needs and query. Hospitable and concerned with his Filipino guest. 

Room was huge and clean. Aircon is perfectly working. We booked Junior Deluxe Room @1,404/night thru booking.com. 

They can book tours and vehicle rentals.

We availed underground river tour Php1,950/person. 
And rented a motorcycle Php600 plus 3,000 deposit (refundable).



Great Location 

I was here with friends in August 2019, nice hotel, nice staff okay, room size right...they could at least clean the floor and bathroom..and I think the sheets were the previous owners of the room looking at the stains.

It's a nice hotel.

Very nice for a budget hotel, near everything, market, drug store, walking distance to the bay area, i love the rice very white and soft, air condition is powerful, kind and very accomodating staff. Nice owner too.

Palawan vacation 5/2019

After the relatively good reviews, we were very surprised. The room was spacious and central, but extremely dirty and crowded. From the bathroom window, you couldn't even look out of the dirt, the room window went towards a dark hallway, so the room was always dark because of poor lighting. And even then you could still see all the stains and hair under everything else in the whole bed. Otherwise, mold in the bathroom, etc.... by far the worst hotel we had in the Philippines, even though it was one of the most expensive.

It's very dirty, though.

This place is just walking distance from SM mall and is across a fast food place.  The rooms are old but adequate, and the bathroom as well.  The place is clean.  It is a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for.  I have no complaints.  The staff was helpful if you need to ask any necessary information.  I liked the price per night.

Great location!

Myself and my boyfriend are staying for 3 nights before getting a ferry over to Coron. The rooms are simple, yet comfortable so ideal for a stop over.

HOWEVER, there is currently building work going on below the hotel which was mentioned when we checked in and we was told would go on from 10am - 4pm. We thought ok that’s fine however come 5pm they were still working away and we was in room 212 right above where the works was going on. We were trying to rest after being awake for hours travelling but couldn’t from the constant drilling. We asked to move rooms to the other side of the hall which they were very accommodating with and allowed us to move. However the next morning way before 10am the banging and drilling started. The banging was so loud it was as if they were banging in the room next door us. The windows are also extremely thin so doesn’t mask any of the noise.

The WiFi does not work unless you are in the lobby, I also couldn’t get 3G signal from the room. So if like us you wanted signal to do planning whilst travelling I’d avoid. We also went upstairs to the coffee shop at around 3/4pm and no one was up there. 

If you want to stay here as a rest stop I’d suggest avoiding until the works stop in April. If you’re going to be up early and out most of the day you should be fine.

Noisy building work

This place is fantastic.  I stayed here with a buddy and there was plenty of space.  The front desk staff are great (Danika). The roof top restaurant is a nice touch so you don’t have to go looking for a bit to eat in the morning.  Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location

We got dropped off at this hotel incorrectly at 11:30pm and our shuttle driver drove off without helping us find our actual accommodation. The manager at the travelers Inn was a massive help, he called the company for us, let us sit in his lobby and even organised further transport for us at a cheap rate! 
Couldn’t thank him enough for his customer service and help! 

Amazing help! Incredibly polite and kind 

We booked a hotel to stay clean from 7 to 9 May 2018. We arrived early, we said that the settlement rules are from 14:00. Okay, we waited for the specified time, we got the keys and were terrified. Room -smoker! Excuse me, windows, in the bird cockroaches, there's no living room. Everywhere is dust, dirt. On the bed there's cold, all in cottages, yellow, dirty covered from above. I was afraid I wouldn't go to bed, but I didn't even decide to put my bag there.

Not at all!!!!

This hotel was chosen to stay overnight before the flight to El Nido, but it's hardly even suitable for this purpose. The room has very poor sound insulation, which combined with the busy traffic on the road, the nightly construction in the neighborhood and the ancient loud air conditioning, is unlikely to put you to sleep. The shower is less clean, but you have to do a serious spell to get warm water. The dirty walls are as if someone was walking through them, the windows are very dirty, the floor in the room is stained. The bed is all in a coil, and the towels are almost broken.
