Off from the main road but very close to town & night life, Uyang is a quiet and for the most part functional stay. Alfred is super accommodating, and breakfast is ready in the morning promptly. TV in the room and exterior wooden design was very nice, but the plumbing was a little hit and miss. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're in Palawan touring and looking for a simple, affordable place! (signage isn't too clear due to construction, just say you're going to Rema and it's right next door)

Quaint, Helpful, Functional

I love the simplicity of the place.. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a quiet and affordable place to stay here in palawan. Looking forward to go back here 😊😍😍👍 i've been here for 4 nights and kuya alfred was very helpful to me. The food is good and it feels like home 😊

Workation 😊

The hotel is simple, we use it as a way to see the underground river. The room is simple but it is important that it is clean. Most importantly, the owner Alfred is a lovely person, he has made our stay very easy. We took the river tour here at the normal price and it was very nice, the only spot that the van was going up, should not be crowded. Another tour we hired with the transfer to Port Barton, the same, the normal price and it manages everything the same so that they come to pick it up at the door. Also, he helps us by recommending us places to eat.

Simple and clean hotel.

Me and sisters stayed here for 3 nights while we explored Puerto Princessa and El Nido, it was clean, quiet and accessible to everything.  The owner was very accommodating and helpful.  We have preplanned our trips and itineraries prior to booking the place, but Alfred the owner can assist with booking and arranging your tours.  I hope he could make the sign outside more visible and conspicuous 😁

Exploring Palawan 

Unfortunately I couldn't find the place. I called them many times and I was in the street alone that it doesn't look very safe. They replied after 30 minutes and the owner say that I am not welcomed anymore. The wrost customer service of evrer. Furthermore they didn't give me back my money so I paid for a room that I never got in. Please don't go there.

Do not go there

We stayed at Uyang B&B for three nights. Alfred and his family were very nice and welcoming. These are pictures of the flowers in their garden. You will also see a picture of their sweet dog, Hunnar. Great place to stay for a few days and take tours! We did the Honda Bay Island Hopping and the Underground River Tour! So much fun.

I recommend this place to everyone, the service was impeccable and the owner is super nice, he will advise you very well on the restaurants and activities to do.

The Uyang BnB is highly recommended! It is very clean, modernly decorated, and there is a small garden and a covered terrace where you can spend the evenings in company or with Wi-Fi. It is about 2.5 km from the center, so you do not notice the hassle and traffic here. Alfred is extremely eager to fulfill every wish of his guests and gives many tips and helps with excursions. The staff is super friendly and sweet. For breakfast there is usually bagel with ham and onions as well as butter and jam. or coffee. Even on vegetarian Alfred is flexible. We liked it so much that at the end of our trip for 2 nights. We could always come back and thank Alfred Tayang for this wonderful team and we would be able to stop and thank him again!

A wonderful place to relax away from the hustle and bustle.

We had such a good stay at Alfred's that we returned once again at the end of our trip. It was by far the best accommodation in the Philippines: the rooms are modern and very clean, especially the bathrooms. We were able to take a tricycle at the airport and the driver was paid at Alfred's B&B. Alfred is very kind, helpful and likes to take care of everyone's wishes. After two weeks in the Philippines, Alfred's stay was the best of all.

Puerto Princesa's chaos and disorder to get to Alfred's house was fantastic, a charming place we stayed in a room for 5 very clean the bathroom a little small but with organization you adapt, the attention of the exceptional owner made us feel at home and gave us very good recommendations.
