I booked through Agoda and the inclusions to the booking was a pool, coffee/tea and drinking water.

When we arrived, the hotel was more like a ghost town. Pool had no water. No coffee or tea or drinking water in the room.

The room itself was great - the inclusions were just missing.

Misleading Booking

The hotel looks new and modern from the outside and inside. However, the furnishings are outdated and look like second-hand. This absolutely does not fit the hotel and the price that is called for a room. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not always quite satisfactory, but always within an acceptable framework. The breakfast could be chosen from 8 dishes. It is ready-made dishes that are a little peppered (rams) but everything was delicious! Staff was always friendly and a big plus point of the hotel! Location was good, just a few minutes away from Alona Beach. The mattresses of the bed were with the best on our trip. Price would be a little too expensive, but we would probably stay here again:)

Good hotel with second-hand facilities

Location is quite handy to Alona Beach and the main area of town, but just off the main road which is nice.
Rooms and beds are comfortable.
The pool is small and more for a dip than for a swim.
Breakfast is ordered the night before, which was a little unusual but still tasty and a good number of options available.

Comfortable room does the trick

The hotel is new and well located a few minutes from the beach in the area of bars and restaurants, the room is large and comfortable, not so much as the bathroom that is with open shower and salpicas al Ducharte, the bathroom oil oil oil oil, a pipia, the water no salt hot (just give me advice, knowing where I am).

I'm sorry about that.

We checked in around after dinner in this hotel with no prior reservation. Thankfully they had an available room. But I do not recommend this hotel not until they make improvements. 

So first, i’ll start with the pros:
- Location is good. Right in the center of panglao’s busy main street and an easy walk down to alona beach
- breakfast food was good
- Room size was a little too small for a group of 3 but we managed
- not beach front but has a small dipping pool

Cons:
- Poor service. Receptionist seemed annoyed with our questions re: rates and available rooms upon arrival. It’s like she didn’t want to be disturbed by our sudden arrival. 
- Shower has poor water pressure. It took a long while to shower as water flow was really slow. Not good when you’re in a hurry. bathroom is small especially for tall people. The shower head was dirty and rusty. 
- Lobby was poorly lit and no a/c upon arrival. 
- During breakfast, two of their staff were having a casual conversation ALOUD re: their personal lazada online orders. Read: Receptionist and waitress were talking so loudly with each other. Receptionist was at the receiving area/lobby while the waitress was in the bar. It was not a pleasant breakfast. They didn’t have the decency to keep their voices low so as the guests, us included, could have a quiet/pleasant breakfast.
- There was a foul smell coming from the toilet and including the sink. 
- The sink was located beside my bed;the cupboard below it was dirty. (Check pics)
- They could improve the service and training of their staff.
- I don’t find it of good value in general (personal opinion based on experience)

Staff/Service & rooms could do better, not good value,

Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever had in the whole country. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom is fine even if it makes it difficult not to splash everything with water in the shower. The air conditioning is a little noisy. There is no light in the room. There is a safe deposit box in the room. Wi-Fi works well. The pool is VERY small, although it is better than nothing. It has a guarded parking lot (although the security staff stays asleep at night). The breakfast is fine, even if they make you decide what you're going to drink and at what time the day before; and then in the morning they say they don't have the option you've asked for. It's not on the first line of beaches (which isn't too far away), but it's on the main road and very close to interesting places to eat.

The bed is great.

Very nice hotel and the location is more than perfect! The staff is friendly and especially the guard is very helpful, he was top! Although the cleanliness of the room is a big question mark! The shower glass is full of chalk (limescale) also the shower faucet and door (see photo’s). You better do not use the provided glass on the lavabo. Never rinse your mouth after teeth brushing because there was still toothpaste in it from the occupants before. Because there was no room anymore during breakfast they asked us to use the table outside next to the little swimming pool. The paint was  peeling and falling of the table and they even did not put table napkins or tablecloth (see photos). The room is spacious and there is a big TV with all the international channels. The king- size bed is very good and  nice to sleep in.

Very nice room but not so clean and perfect location.

The room had problems with shower and hot water, our fleas were bitten, the sheets had blood stains!) and from all this the room was very dirty 😱

A lot of horrible things.

We had to book this hotel on the day as our ferry got cancelled to Siquijor so we were thankful that they had one last room available!

Although to be honest, we thought our room was over-priced for what we got. We paid nearly 100 Singapore dollars and we didn't have hot water. We asked reception to fix it - they did come in quite quickly to help and kind of managed to fix it but it only lasted about 5 minutes then it went cold again. Bit of a shame considering how much we paid. The room itself was fine, not the cleanest but nothing terrible. We got breakfast with our room as well which was pretty tasty, we had omelettes that you could pre-order the night before which was very helpful for us as we had to leave very early the next morning to catch the ferry.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is good as it's barely a 5 minute walk away from Alona beach. Just a slight shame about the price.

A last minute book - did the job but wasn't great

Nice location, easy access to the beach and local bar & diner.the hotel itself got it's own little nice pool.the room we got is big enough.downside is , room should be clean properly, dusty windows, mirrors, edges... the comfort room is a bit small. But still a nice stay
