The place is great for a backpacker. It was accessible and you can reach the main city in ten minutes or less. The staff are quick to respond to my request and they also have free shuttle pick up from the airport.

Overpriced Services wouldn't even lend the Iron insist to pay for the Ironing for 3usd for a Shirt and 10$ for a Pants, Rude Guard,Filthy and to top of it all not in the city center!

Avoid this Trap and never book this Hotel

Worst Hotel

I found the amenities and services so-so considering the hotel is not exactly a budget hotel. Rooms are not so well-maintained. The cabinet in our room was dusty. The bathroom tiles were not so clean.  The aircon was also very old already so it took ages before our room got cold. No complimentary water and heater were provided. Odd because there were free 3-in-1 coffee sachets provided in the room. 

The hotel has a lot of staff and was generally courteous but  I found the services slow.  When we ate our dinner at their restaurant, service was slow because there was one person serving but there wee a lot of attendants chatting at the reception area. Same goes during  breakfast.

So-so amenities and services

We were booked in this hotel when we joined an Ilocos tour.  Location was great as it is near restos and shopping mall.  Customer service was great.  Staff er super friendly and courteous.  Breakfast was plated and good.  Downside was the rooms which had leaky plumbings and we were not provided keys for our room.  Room smelled foul and had to request for air spray.  Wifi signal was weak and had difficulty connecting

Budget Inn and Good location

we checked in last september for 3 days 2 nights, the staff are very accommodating. The location is ver accessible the town mall and lots of restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, and clean, but the wifi is so weak, :'(

Excellent Location.

We checked in after an 8-hour drive and the fron office staff, Joyce, was very accommodating. I had to argue with the security guard for the parking space because there is not very much in front of the hotel, and the guard asked me to park a bit further the hotel. But Joyce was able to deal with security and managed to have my car parked infront/next to the hotel entrance. She eased my travel fatigue. It was a good stay, loved the location as it is central of almost everything.
