Excellent location. About a 3 minute walk to Dluga Street and Motlawa River. Loads of things to do nearby within 1km as you are more or less in the center of the old town. Beds were okay, hostel was clean with good wifi. Front desk was helpful if I needed anything.

Good Stay

I trusted the reviews of this place (rather high). During the booking I was convinced that the mixed room was really mixed, but I ended up in a room full of adult men, which makes me a little upset. The sheets (feder, mattress covers and plumes) had not been changed, they did not smell clean but wear. The guys at the reception were super cute and the location of the hostel is central and about 10 minutes from the central station Gdańsk Glowny

Okay, but there's better:

It is a simple hostel. It is very well located in the old town without breakfast. There are countless cafes and restaurants nearby. The hostel is clean and practical, it is cleaned daily. The kitchen is large, but has no cooking space, only a microwave and a kettle. The price is cheap, there are communal bathrooms.

Simple hostel in order

We were planning to go to Poland but it turns out that with the covid 19 we can't get in, and when cancelling you are told not to return the money because it's a non-refundable fee when it turns out that in other hostels you get the money back.

No, we have not returned the money.

The hostel is located right in the centre of the main city just off the main street Dluga street.

The accommodation is very clean and modern and the room was spacious and cosy.

I would recommend a stay here if you are visiting Gdansk.

+Location. Located where the old town street starts. Also only 3min walk to the Forum mall with a food court. Restaurants and cafés in th old town street. Mini super market on the building opposite of the entrance.
+24/7 reception staff with good english.
+Outlet at every bed for charging phone/tablet, and also bed lamp.
+Clean room and place.
+Box with no locks needed, you get a key from the hostel to lock your belongings, not the biggest box though.
+Good Wi-FI, good enough to stream videos.
+Kitchen for those who wants to microwave their food etc.
+Can pay with bank cards at the hostel and every where in Gdansk, no need for cash.

-No schampoo, body soap, or hair dryer in the bathroom.
-Mens toilet and bathroom was seperated on each side of the hall.

No air-condition, don't know if its needed in the summer.
Its 2.5 floors up with no elevators, didnt bother me at all.
20min drive from airport to hostel, cost 33 zloty with Uber.
2min walk to tram that takes you to the beach, 35min tram ride, cost 3.20 zloty for one-way ticket.
Approx 25 zloty with Uber to the beach or to Westerplatte, takes 15min drive.
Its so cheap in Poland, just take Uber, no need for bus and tram.

I recommend this place as its cheap, clean and have good location.

Best location

It was my first stay in Gdansk and it was wonderful. Excellent location in the old town and 10 minutes walk from the mail railway station. My husband and I lived in a standard double room. Staff of this hostel is friendly and helpful. The beds and rooms are nicely decorated and comfy. A great plus is that in kitchen you can find everything you need for cooking and it's not necessary to have your meal outside every time. The bathrooms and showers are extremely clean and with modern furniture and plenty of light.
Definitely recommend it for couples or single travellers.

Nice and cozy place

The place has the best location ever, it takes around 2 minutes to walk to the road on which the downtown lies. The toilets and room were clean and beds were comfy. The staff was friendly. It has a lovely building.

Very central and clean

Awesome stay. Stumbled upon this place almost by accident but lucky we did! Magda in reception was amazing, really kind and accommodating, not to mention speaks perfect English! Would highly recommend.

Reception went above and beyond!

Clean, tidy, and centered. Very quiet. It has a dining room with microwave, but no kitchen, so it has a fridge; coffee and gentle tea in the house. You have a bath towel. The ones in charge are not very nice.
