The hotel is located within walking distance of the city center (20 minutes), in a quiet and very green part of the city. Beautiful tramway connection with all areas of the city. On tramway No. 6 you can reach the park Olive, the zoo or the seafront. Next to the hotel is a beautiful park and Polytechnic Institute. The hotel is located on a protected territory along with the stadium. The room with its own bathroom is small but comfortable enough for several guests.

A small hotel in a quiet, cozy place in Gdańsk.

I stayed there last year (June 2014, but I can't select that date in the options) for three nights. The conditions are pretty good, everything is clean and tidy and I could even smoke cigarettes in my room. The staff was very friendly and in good spirit, plus this is localized pretty near from the centre. I think this is a pretty nice play to stay in Gdańsk.

The rooms are located directly at the sport facilities of the local football team Lechia Gdansk. So if no tourists are around young players attentding scouting trainings are stayin here.

Our gps couldn't find the right location at first because they closed down the small street leading to the hotel. Drive back a few hundret meters and turn up the small street between the houses and you'll find it.

Checkin is at the sporting bar at the second floor and the staff spoke good english and was very friendly. He provided us with a city map and some good advice where to go and how to get there.

The tram station is a short two minutes walk away and trains run to the city center every 4-5 minutes (5 stations).

The rooms are very basic, three beds, a small table and a huge flatscreen with polish broadcasting only. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom.

Only three stars because of the thin and noisy doors and the courtains that do not block any light at all.

Perfect for one or two nights of sightseeing but nothing to stay too long at.

Clean and simple

We booked that hotel as per the description that was on www.booking.com. The reality was far away from what we expected. First and most important, there was no internet. The owner said: " some temporary technical problems with one router" but we stayed there for 4 nights and the internet-connection was never fixed. I got a feeling that the hotel-personnel say to everyone all the time: some temporary technical problem... All staff, except the owner , do not speak any other language apart from Polish.
Room was tiny, though the bathroom was ok. Just one cafe/bar with a limited menu and strange working hours. There is no service ... And sometimes no people if you need some help or have a question.
Extremely uncomfortable beds with springs coming out... One layer of old thin sheet on mattress....
Fromm good points: a free parking around and the location ( quiet green area).
Ok to stay for 1 night... But not more.  I was feeling helpless because of no internet..
