Very small/small uncomfortable room. The house owner is very unfriendly screaming around when something doesn't suit him! They had to pay a penalty for smoking on the porch. The only good thing is the maid who also prepares breakfast.

The look isn't Golden that she was maybe once... we were very unhappy and were not treated well.

Overall we had a decent stay here. 
1. Check-in: be prepared to pay upfront and have cash for it. The common hotel-custom (to put your credit card as guarantee when you arrive and pay/settle after) is not known here...After you travel for hours, the only thing one wishes is to settle in the room as soon as possible, and not to try to figure it out where to get cash (lots of it) in this small town (it has two banks, but the employee did not know about them)...luckily our friends had enough Euros to cover for their part, and we got a pass until next day...
2. Rooms were just OK - comfortable bed and crispy bed sheets, apparently clean rooms (do not look under the beds if you don't want to be disgusted, as we were in our last day). The heating works only during the day, at night/morning time it gets  uncomfortable cold, especially when you have little ones with you...
3. Wifi works well for basic tasks like reading the news, but not for music/videos.
4.The breakfast was very good (wish they offered the coffee maker hidden in the bar and not only the instant coffee), but in seven days it did not varied much
5. Location is great (next to the ski slopes and touristic/hiking routes), but if you do not have a car to go about 500 meters up and down the hill to the "town", it can be tricky as there are no sidewalks to this narrow road where cars drive like crazy
6. Parking is plentiful
7. Playground looks good
8. Not sure about the sauna - it is advertised, but I haven't seen it/offered to use it

Modest value for the money

Yes, where should I start, largely at the very lean breakfast, at 3 a.m. there were, after our complaint, finally fresh buns at night. For the last two days there was old bread, which was already hitting the waves. The hotel pointed with its amenities like restaurant, bar, etc. None of this was present. Since the hotel is far outside the city center, it was then difficult to take care of a suitable restaurant in the evening, as the place was flooded with tourists. I booked the hotel because of its equipment description and I was completely disappointed. Since the hotel stretched over 100 meters, and we could not even let the elderly authorities with their permission to book a lot of it, we had to make a reservation in advance, and then we should have taken note of the fact that the hotel staff and staff had not been very aware of how much money was being spent on it.
