I didn't live in this hostel, but I really want to thank the guy who worked at the reception at 2:11 p.m., who helped me navigate and showed me the way.

Perfect location: in the centre of Krakow, just steps from the river, Wawel Castle and the central square. Well furnished and it would really be enough a little more care to make it an apartment. However, it is very dirty. I found spiders and spiders in the room, dust and stains left on the furniture. The bathroom with only the toilet was bad smelling and partly damaged. The other has a bathtub (open), there is not even a carpet unlike what they show on the booking photos and a laundromat minus. On the bathtub there was a snail bag on which I found a hair, certainly not available. In my closet there were a few nice bags.

It might be perfect, but...

Excellent location 15 minutes from the center of the Market Square) We booked a private room, assigned a two-bedroom, kitchen and private bathroom. Clean bedding, the towels a little thin and small. Breakfast is included and basically in hot drink, bread, ham, cheese, cereal and jam, take you to the table.You should leave the dishes in the dishwasher, but do not turn it on then at peak hours, you have to wash it yourself.To highlight the attention of the girl at the reception, very attentive, we explain ways of moving, parking, typical food sites, requests for her.In the lack of external maintenance areas.

 Holidays

Five-person family with small children, breakfast 8-10:30, we came at 9:30 a.m. One slice of cheese, tomato skin, milk leftovers, flakes, jam, no bread. At the request for replenishment, after eyes rolling, sighing and shrugging, we heard: what can I do? Other guests ate everything and we no longer have any supplies.
Location - great, room - great, service - whatever happens, we will never come back again. And tell everyone this story.

The double room with private bathroom that we had booked was dirty, full of dust, hair everywhere, noisy (remember that from the street), also you can feel the neighbors of the next room, so zero privacy. I strongly discourage you!!!! I also need to know that the reception is a mess, we complained without getting a response, so we left despite having paid 3 nights.

Clean-state waste

Perfect place for a hostel style stay. A very short walk from Krakow's main square. stores and restaurants around and easy to get from the train station. the place is clean and quiet. The free breakfast is well, what you would expect from free but surely will keep you alive until lunch time. Very friendly staff and a cool location.

If you are doing a "Hostel" experience. Do it right at Hollywood.

If you have no demands at all when it comes to hotell-standards but are all in for a good location, this is the place to stay. H H is in an old building with major need of total upgrade. Our apartment was mouldy (from the bathroom) with loads of insects crawling around. I dont know the english name, but they live in mouldy / wet rooms, like cellars and so on

We stayed for six days - no cleaning, nobody emptied the garbage etc

We had to pay for towels and buy our own toiletpaper.

Beds were old and worn out.

We had water leaking from the ceiling. The staff gave us a bucket and some towels...  

The breakfast was simple but ok - at least the first couple of days when the bagels still were chew-able. Luckily there is a bakery across the street

Staff were doing their best and location is good - just a short walk from the centre of the old town.

A nice hostel, equipped with everything necessary, a good breakfast, a pity for the too much light in the room! Another positive aspect is the fairly central location and the bus stop a few steps away.

I strongly discourage this hotel, it's not what it claims to be, the reception is unpleasant, the rooms are dirty filled with dust, with even m&ms under the bed, the showers and toilets are dirty finally in short it's not a good hotel at all for me beware they're real liars.

Not admissible

The hostel is near the Philharmonic, the train station can be reached on foot, the centre is 8 minutes' walk. We lived in a 2-bedroom with a shower and toilet, which often lacked toilet paper. Towels were not given out. Breakfast consisted of cereal, milk, bread/beef, oil, bran, cheese, 2 jams and tea or coffee. The traffic sensor was a little irritated in the corridors, which gased out in just a few seconds. The girls at the reception spoke English, ready to help with any questions that arose.
