Nice apartments, good amenities and easy to find. Also easy to check in as the lady was waiting for us at the door. It’s in a very good location, right at the centre of town. Rooms are a bit small but that’s the only downside.

Good location and comfortable

We booked the room through a booking that says it includes room cleaning, well it's a lie only once and only once do you change the towels no clean.The toilet paper you have to buy yourself because you don't put it on.A job on top of you that at 7 in the morning is already beating and the bed is lacking lamas and it's gone.The only good thing is the location.

Engagement is deceit.

Not recommended at all due to; 1- Rooms smell horrible due to mildew and wet carpet 2-Not possible to sleep due to noise of outside (drunk people), noise of nonstop machine on the top of the building and sunshine (for front room) in your room at 05:00 am. 3-Dirty place can effect your health if you have an asthma or allergy.

Horrible experience 

The apartment is nicely decorated and very centrally located, but the windows facing the street barely insulate and you hear the noise of drunk people all night, as loud as if the window were open, and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Very loud and stinking

We really enjoyed our time in this apartment. It is in the perfect location - super close to the main square, and only a short walk to the old Jewish district too. As others have mentioned, there is a shop next door called 'Express' which is open very early and stays open very late. 

The bed was very big and comfortable, and you get daily maid service included in the price (if you so wish, we chose to only have her come in once during our stay). However, there were a few faults that should be addressed. 

Firstly, on arrival we noticed that there were holes all over the bed sheet (the one that covers the mattress). We were a little bit concerned about this, but figured we would only have to live with it for a couple of days before the cleaner changed the sheets. Please note, that having the bed sheets changed was the only reason we decided to agree to the maid service. However, on the day the maid came she didn't change the sheets at all. So, in the end we had to sleep on unchanged sheets with holes in for the duration of our trip.

The second issue; which we figured we only noticed as we stayed for a very long time, was the strange smell that seemed to come from the drainage system in the bathroom. This appeared roughly 4-5 days into the trip, and filled the entire bedroom with an unpleasant eggy smell. 

Thirdly, the room could do with a black-out blind or similar, as the room remained very bright at night due to the street lights etc. Also, due to the location of the apartment, the room got very noisy at night and it was sometimes difficult to sleep.

Nevertheless, we had a comfortable stay. Magdalena was very helpful and pleasant, and we would still recommend this apartment due to its location.

Enjoyable

Stayed here for 6 days with my husband was the ideal location very central great for everything . Magdalena was very efficient our hot water stopped and she had it fixed within a couple of hours .only issue was street noise could do with double glazing to block out noise and blackout curtains or blinds to keep out early morning sunshine

First time in poland

We found that this apartment was perfectly placed for our trip to Krakow.  The view over the square from our room was amazing!  Central to bars, restaurants and super close to the main market. I have already recommended to several people since returning home.  The apartment was large, clean, and the host was amazingly helpful.  Also, it had AC which was definitely needed!!!!

Amazing Location and lovely apartment

This apartment is a room with a bathoom with nice shower. Carpet floor. Big bed. Airco. Nog so big room, but more then OK. Clean. 
Not so far from railway station (by feet: OK). 
We had a room in front of the square: window could open. In the evening and night noise from drunken people and cleaning people in the morning. It does not disturb us very much.
One issue: the kitchen is not yours. There is another room (rooms?) and this people use also the kitchen.

Good but ..

Apartment super well placed, everything can be done very easily on foot. Rented for 3 at the beginning we were only 2, fortunately because 1 mattress 1 place laid on the ground on a mezzanine accessible by an unattached staircase upstairs.

It's a great situation.

I've stayed in this place for 3 nights and I would definitely recommend it. It's two steps from the central square and ten minutes' walk from the train station. I read comments about the lack of curtains, my room (first floor, to the right of the front door) had comfortable curtains to pull down when necessary. Nice also the common environment.
