The property has two types of rooms. We got the old one on the 3rd floor without elevator. The room was dirty, the toilets were cleaned only with a dirty rag, on the terrace everything was in cobwebs and dead worms. Food not adequate for the price, often lacking food so you need to be faster at the cafeteria than others. For one day we did not have hot water. One night the hotel owner made a party with the staff with vodka next to our door - we had a noise until 1 am (the hotel manager said that she can't do anything). In general: hotel is a mistake, there are hundreds of other facilities in that price which offer better conditions, food, service, attractions, animations, etc.

I have never felt the need to come onto trip advisor to talk about a hotel before but my experience at Baltic Star, Mielno, was that good that I felt consumed to share it. I have been on many holidays in my lifetime, but can honestly say that I have never experienced such lovely, helpful, friendly and outstanding service as I did this weekend! Arek, the reception manager was phenomenal, nothing was too much trouble! The food was like no other, and the place was just perfect! Baltic star is also situated perfectly,  the 2 minute walk to the beach and the short walk to shops and markets makes it a hassle free trip, if you want to just stay local, and it is no hassle to catch the frequently running buses if you want to get to the main town and nightlife which takes only 10 minutes or so.  I am still lost for words to express just how fantastic my first experience of Poland was and Baltic Star are responsible for making it so great! I am hooked and definately   wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Baltic Star, thank you very much, we will most definately  be back!! Xx

Amazing time away would fully recommend!

this was the best weekend in my life- and it wouldn't be the same without the people who run this place. I went there for my hen weekend- the minute we have arrived they just exceeded it- best customer service ever. Food was amazing - and its served from 2.30 -5.30 so no need to rush if you have plans. such amazing choice of food too. It was 5 of us all together, we shared 2 apartments - they were so high standard, beautiful and clean- very spacious. Bathroom probably bigger than my living room. Nothing ever was a problem- Arek from reception is just amazing - but the rest of the staff was more than helpful. There is Outdoor swimming pool, the indoor one, we could just sit outside and chill. 2 mins away from the beach - Absolutely Stunning. Could not recommend this place more. Definitely coming back this summer!!!!!! Such easy access to get there- we got a mini bus from Koszalin -bus stop literally outside the place- 2 mins walk and you are there. Mielno is a walking distance- we walked there about 5 times a day - but mini buses are running every 5 mins so thats also an option. I just love this place and won't even consider going somewhere else. Definitely a 5 stars from me.

AMAZING!!!!!TIME OF MY LIFE

Good: the room was very spacious. It fit the stroller and the bed into the room, and we still had enough room to move around. For breakfast there was plenty of food, unfortunately there was only coffee and tea to drink. The staff was very nice. Close to the sea. Bad: in the five days we were there, our room was not cleaned. Towels were not changed. We were not supposed to put trash on the hall after consultation. In the kitchen there was no cleaning and no drying. The swimming pool could only be reached with the staff.
