Pila

During May 2018 several colleagues and I stayed at Rębajło for three nights.  This hotel is located on the outskirts of Piła in a quiet setting.  A good breakfast was provided as part of the room rate and the property has free wifi.  The rooms are not particularly large but they are maintained well.  There are two drawbacks to this hotel; it does not have an elevator and it is not air-conditioned.  We stayed at this property when air-conditioning was not necessary, but I doubt I would want to stay at Rębajło during the heat of summer.  In addition to breakfast, we dined at this small hotel's restaurant on three evenings and found the food to be delicious.

A Good Three Nights

This hotel is outstanding, midway between Pila and a local lake. If your a bike rider or a walker, this area is superb, almost dead flat with local with excellent woodland tracks. Hotel has bikes for hire and service at the bar is great. The restaurant serves very good food. You can tell how good it is by the amount of locals who come there. 

Superb hidden gem

This hotel sits just outside of Pila, and is perfect for business and holidays. A good restaurant with many polish dishes from family recipes. Service is superb. 
The hotel is 3km from a lake, that has beach ( yes a sandy beach inland), there are forest trails for walking and biking. 
The outside of the hotel has bbq's and seating. 

Great hotel

Located in a green setting, we were pleasantly surprised to discover the place, really very nice. However, the rooms are very average, old-fashioned decoration, and some spider canvases on the ceiling... the staff doesn't speak English... not very convenient. Breakfast is below average, nothing is good, very limited quantities...

Very nice on the outside, but medium on the inside.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights with our 9 month old baby. While this place would not get a 4 star rating in many places, we felt it was the best option in Pila. 

The setting is very nice, in a wooded area just on the edge of town. It only takes 5-10 minutes in car to get into the center of the city. You, would, definitely want a car if you stayed here.

We got the "Apartment" suite, which was a very good option for us. It was clean and in nice shape. 
Two notes:
They only had a cable internet connection. The conection speed was fine, but if your laptop/ipad/etc is only capable of wireless, you'd be out of luck. 
Also, their breakfast, while adequate, was nothing special.

If life ever takes us back to Pila, we would definitely stay here again.
