We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 local time, nobody met us, the phones at the entrance didn't answer, we had to stay in the car in the hotel parking lot.

No one met us.

Very unimpressed on the whole. We were informed on the Monday morning that the restaurant was closing for the day and also on the Wednesday that the restaurant would be closed all day on the Thursday. Not good when there is nothing else around. I've never before stayed in a hotel that closes its restaurant when the mood takes them. This is absolutely hopeless for the traveler without their own transport.. The rooms had to tea making facilities or fridges so with the restaurant closed and no transport  you were stuffed.  The Manager Morzena told us that she would work something out for us if necessary but you don't stay at a hotel in the the hope that they can feed you.  Consequently we had to make a point of eating at a friend's house nearby which we hadn't wanted to do.  

According to their web site they  'spoke our language' but this person only worked  on a Sat night and a Sunday.  The rest of the time again you were stuffed!  There were no chambermaids, clean towels only if you asked and no cleaner. No informative handouts in any language.  

Mazena seemed to be the only person around but nothing was too much trouble for her and she always went out of her way to help.

We were dismayed on the Saturday night after going to bed and having to be up early for our flight on Sunday to hear loud music.  We don't know if it was a private function or available for all to attend, either way we knew nothing about it.  

If you want to stay in the area there is no alternative but I believe another place is due to open up soon so they may have a little bit of a shock.

Amateurish

Beautiful rest, clean air, beautiful nature, we've seen rabbits. Clean new houses, new plumbing is cheap. Nature is just indescribable, there's mangoes. We arrived late at night, but were called and met and settled. They only accept cash and preferably Polish currency. Wifi didn't work. Shops are far away.
