The most horrific place I’ve ever slept in only there for 4 nights thank god couldn’t wait to leave . nothing about this dump that should have been pulled down decades ago to start arrived at 12am at night to be left at a steel gate unmanned phoned a number to be told there was a out of hours charge20 euros then had to leave a 200 deposit on top of holiday incase of damages. As for the state of it it says it was refurbished in year 16 maybe so but think 1816 be nearer. Beds were so old no life in mattresses bedding was so old pillows filled with fiber wool which flattened to thickness is a penny . No daylight can get in for the shutters which were unlocked break in looming. As for the door it looked like it had been kicked in several times already. As for the pool part from the stench av seen bigger bath tubs oh an only 3 sun beds. Stay away at all costs.

I would give it no stars if I could. 
The staff are so rude here, also the pool is so small my nan's bath is bigger than that. There were 4 break-ins to the hotel while we were there and one was us, our door was bent and broken in and the staff couldn't care less about it. They didn't want to move us rooms only when we made a fuss of it they finally moved us. The rooms were dirty and they are overrun with ants.
The hotel is clearly being watched by people because on multiple occasions girls have been followed in and out of this hotel and the only rooms that get broken into are the rooms with girls in and they are taking passports and money. So please stay away from this place.

Awful place, Never stay here

We have being here a week.The whole experience was awful. The rooms were dirty, curtains okd hanging off the rails, walls dirty.The few dishes that were there the cleaners never checked see if clean. No equipment to cook with.I had ask for glasses and get toaster from another apartment.
Our last night experience I plugged toaster in and there was power surge, my daughter found trip switch.We wete in bed half hour later I smelt smoke( no smoke alarms) The whole place covered in black smoke the toaster nebet tripped off, we were lucky we were asleep. I would advise families to keep away from the place.Took us hour check in, very slow and o e person on all time.The day before we left they were pounding the door down just minutes before 11am .Lady said we were check out, it was so unprofessional even if we were checking out,it was before the time and wrong day..I want my money back.
Dirty , indated, and totally unprofessional.

Shocking experience

The location of this hotel is right on the strip so if you’re looking for a hotel close to the strip this is the one for you. Reception staff were helpful. Not so much the cleaning staff. The room itself was clean however the walls could do with a lick of paint. If you are off the balcony was lovely. If you have a young family I wouldn’t recommend staying here  it’s geared more so for partygoers.  Pool area is small however it does the job. Overall the hotel is good value for money and Id stay here again

Arrived and rooms wasn’t ready was asked to come back in an hour,we gave them 2 hrs and still wasn’t ready.Maids really rude when asked how long till rooms were ready.Finally got in the room six hours after check in.No toilet rolls,one towel for two of us.No cups,one glass.Absolute disgrace.Went to complain the day after and the receptionist Anna was the rudest person I had ever met,basically told to go away and there was nothing they would do.We filled a complaint form in there which we will be sending in.The pool is no bigger than my bath,it fits four loungers round it and it’s full.A stag party arrived and was throwing chairs in the pool,jumping off the wall into the pool and nothing was said to them.The same lads were knocking on room doors at five in the morning as they couldn’t find their own rooms.It is basically fit for stag and hens and not families.Rooms face the road and the noise from the strip goes on until 5am which was fine as we knew this when booking but very loud if kids are in bed.This hotel is not worth the money we paid and would not recommend it

Terrible hotel

One of the worst places I've ever installed in my whole life. Lack of hygiene was one of the main points. The bathroom had hair and labels on the floor that weren't ours. The towels weren't white anymore, at least two of them. In the kitchen, the refrigerator was closing badly so it wasn't cool as it should be, besides looking old and dirty. The dishes and fridges had leftovers of food. The ceramic glass plate was dirty. The bathroom had to pay a modicum amount of 30 euros if we leave the kitchen dirty, but I don't think there's even a cloth to clean or a detergent for the dirty or a sponge, we have to buy three. The bar was not cool as it should be, besides looking old and dirty. The bar was not working, but there was probably not even a door, but after all the dishes were installed, there was a universal toilet seat, and the pool is not a problem.

I don't even know where to start.

I stayed here with 2 friends for a short holiday for 4 days. The location of the hotel is good but very noisy. The staff member who checked us in was lovely and one woman on reception was also very nice but our check out experience and the staff member we dealed with at reception, a woman called Linda, ruined the whole experience. We were never informed of our check out time and we were rang and cursed and shouted at down the phone. When we arrived the woman we dealt with was extremely rude and hostile. She treated us with so much disrespect that I was honestly in shock. She told us we were liars when we told her we never signed any papers regarding check out, which it turned out we were never given. She rudely snatched a sheet out my friends hand and cursed and shouted at us. This woman should not be working in the hospitality industry and personally I work in a hotel and we would never treat customers in such a manner. 
The rooms themselves were fine, the bathroom was very nice but the beds were very uncomfortable. 
However due to the unimaginable experience with Linda I will not return and will not be recommending it to any friends or family nor would I subject my worst enemy to such a terrible experience we had.

Worst hotel experience ever experienced

This is a cheap and cheerful apartment complex, past its best but with large rooms right off the main strip.  Downsides are noisy,tired, uncomfortable beds and small pool.  Upsides great kitchen and bathroom good sized rooms and lovely view towards the old town and distant sea views.

The biggest negative was the wobbly railings outside our second floor apartment.  Would not like to have leaned on those after one too many!

The apartments were reasonably clean.  The beds have seen too much action and the springs are coming through so very uncomfortable.  

Would I stay here again, probably not if there was greater choice elsewhere, but if you're young  and enjoy your night life and what a short walk back at 5.00am, you wont find better!

Right in the middle of the action

It's a long way from downtown. You'll need a bus or Uber to get around. It's in the area of pubs, nightclubs and bustling nightlife. The nightclubs only close at 8am. The room has no soundproofing and so it's impossible to sleep. The wifi doesn't work in every hotel. We stayed 5 nights and only early in the morning we got a weak internet connection. The room has no interphone to talk to the bus. The rooms are definitely stairs, there's no elevator. They charge to leave the kitchen clean, but we had to buy everything: sponge, detergent, plush, beachtop that I stayed at and that was the only place to buy these things. The apartment is a few meters wide but the pool looks like the best place to sleep. The only thing you can do is to get a nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice

We stayed here for a week and judging by the reviews other people had left we were worried but it was the opposite, decent bed, big balcony, maid service everyday, pool was small yes but the place isn't that busy so when your down at it it's like having your own private pool!! 15 seconds from the strip and yes it's noisy but your paying for location not peacefulness, stay out a bit further of the city if you are look for peace and quiet! 10 mins from the beach but I would recommend the beach in the old town as it's far bigger, cleaner and it's nice to get out of new town for a day! I would stay here again if we were returning to Albuferia!
