Disappointment  had made a reservation for the dates 15-16 a couple where the owner confirmed that lady even said that she was lucky because there had been a discharge I asked the amount where she said 45 euros even asked if she wanted to pay, and she said that it was not necessary when we got to the residence Katia had not registered the reservation  It was very unpleasant, terrible  we had to go out and try another one that I could by chance because there had also been a discharge, yes it was much better the lady was of a discharge I said that even if there was no one we would not sleep on the street nor go back since it was the weekend motorcyclist booking, I would advise to call before confirming

Disappointment

A cozy place to sleep, located near the thermal baths of Chaves and the castle.Parking near the hotel, with elevator, rooms with air conditioning, small TV, renovated bathroom, somewhat rough beds, street noise insulation.The breakfast varies with fruit, brick juice, homemade jam, bakery, kitchen and coffee.

Family hotel

A hotel that far exceeds our expectations, a good price, well located, super clean, the receptionist amiable and with a good education. The room if it has any flaws is the poor lighting, should be the norm in Portugal because almost all are like that. Otherwise a comfortable and spacious bed, perfect seats, no noise, the breakfast buffet in which there was no lack of detail and was worth a 5 star. My next visit to Chaves I will definitely repeat this hotel.

Hotel of human size, typical Very clean rooms deserves more than 2 stars Thank you to the owners for their kindness and hospitality We ate at the hotel restaurant, simple but offering local specialties, very rich and very well cooked dishes.

D. Katia makes a difference, refurbished and welcoming, for the price level in question, a great effort is made to keep serving well, a small, varied lunch with good service, impeccable room cleaning.

Hospitality, location and cleanliness!

We stayed in this hotel that has a very affordable price and the big surprise is that what we saw in the photos corresponds to the room. Many times the wear and tear of the bathroom materials or the walls of the room disappoint us, but here everything is new, clean and very fresh. D. Katia is a traditional lady, but she likes to receive and knows it like no one else. I liked it very much and would come back. The only problem was the noise in the street, because it was Saturday night.

Modernist traditionalism

A great hotel to stay in the city. Very well located, close to the main attractions, excellent service, excellent breakfast, serving dinner. It has parking on the nearby streets, in front of the hotel is very difficult to park. Several restaurants nearby. Hotel very comfortable. Great cost benefit.

Great cost benefit, great hotel

I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Portugal. Its located in a beautiful city and serves excellent authentic Portuguese food.  Its located in the historic part of town and close to shopping and other tourist attractions.

Amazing Hotel

It is a small hotel, but very clean and well decorated. The hotel is near a small supermarket and there are bars not far away. The breakfast is simple but good. The staff is very attentive.
