The residential is just an apartment, in a building, turned into rooms. A very small room, a constant smell of sewage. It only has a few windows on the top of the wall and they don't let it open. A very old toilet, between the toilet and the bidet there can't fit a leg. Well located right at the foot of Admiral Reis.

Weak

An excellent location, metro nearby and parking next door, the old facilities but just to enjoy the city, the interior (with lighting but no ventilation) with the smell of pipes, the friendly and attentive staff.

For a short stay and a short walk around the room.

It has a 24-hour reception and is therefore suitable for a night before/after an (early/late) flight. Close to the metro to the airport.

Located on the 3rd floor nothing to sleep on but good time seems to have stopped for personal amenities cmq that makes you feel comfortable

Two days in Lisbon

I used to live in another hotel nearer to the airport for the same amount of money as my own bathroom. I liked the bed, a very good mattress. I liked the balcony too. The road to the center was straight and straight, I was afraid that I would have to overcome the heights, even though it was long. WiFi worked without problems. I knew that they only spoke Portuguese here, but I didn't think it would be as difficult as it was.

Only if for one night

Located in a quiet neighborhood, at least that's how it seemed to me. Metro not far (10 minutes or so) Metro that leads to the airport. Good connections to the center. The structure is on the third floor of a building with a slightly retro elevator. When we came back late there was always someone to open the door for us. It seems to be run by only women. They only speak Portuguese but they always try to understand. I asked for a hair dryer and I got it. I thought I saw a hair dryer. They are very kind and available. The structure is old and clean. We booked the room with the tendons. The bathroom emitted some  odor. The window was placed high upstairs. The windows were not lighted.

Machinery for the preparation of foodstuffs for human consumption

A little hostel placed at the 3rd floor of an old building.There's a tine elevator that can accomodate 2 or max 3 persons,old as my grandmother.The room was very clean,big,with a shower cabin in a corner and a sink,two useful things.The toilet is shared.There's also a small TV in the room,with only local channels but who needs a TV,anyway.The staff-three old ladies(with ages between 50 and 70 I think) doesn't speak english at all.My room was just across the reception and it was pretty noisy due to the clients letting their keys and due to the street below the window(though the property is at the 3rd floor).

Not bad

Having booked 2 nights to finish my Portuguese stay with my companion, I was immensely disappointed by the reception of the ladies, the hallways and the rooms were smoking cigarettes, but we who smoke were still very disturbed by this. The sheets, pillows and towels are soaked in this smell I think the walls are also... Besides the ladies are addressing you in a very aggressive tone, it seems that they are disgusted by your presence. I was concerned about the sound of the rooms as well as the furniture, but finally I imagined that it was just a legend, very late at night and very early in the morning you would hear the TV station I think it would be impossible to get a single spot of these ladies on the floor so that you would not have to sit quietly, so that the doors in the fridge and the doors of the residence would not be locked as hard as the doors in the closet... Excuses, it is very difficult for us to get out of the room, it is a very awful night.

What a wonderful stay.

I stayed 5 nights with my boyfriend, we landed late at night and we were already pleasantly surprised by the convenience of reaching the facility with the means, present, in fact, both the metro to the center and trains. Very simple stops, absolutely in line with the price paid, finding even the one with an indoor shower if not planned. Clean room daily with towel change, all made by wonderful ladies who, although speaking nothing but Portuguese, have communicated constantly with us, making the stay even more pleasant. Absolutely recommended to live fully with locals and not as simple tourists.

Great quality/price and adorable grandmothers

It's a bit complicated to get to, by the guillotine elevator in the residence, on the 2nd floor and that looks directly over the hotel's hallway carpet. It looks more like a B&B. For the price of 60€ two nights for 2 adults/child...nothing to say. It's not a luxury hotel but super clean!! yes and Mignon!! The women who take care of it are in very little care!! So I absolutely recommend!! There is also a kitchen with microwave, and utensils. ❤
