I was already staying here and repeated, for the sake of the lady's service and the possibility of having very cold water for 1€ a bottle. and I would repeat again also for the location. This time I was touched by a worse room where all the noise of the works could be heard and the heat that it made could not escape one with the fan in the living room.

Cheap and well-owned with aguita rfesca.

I made a reservation from May 28th to 30th. I was asked to pay the first night until May 23rd, the payment I made and I sent proof. At the check-in I was informed that my reservation was not confirmed since I had not sent the proof on time, which does not correspond to the truth. I managed to stay there the first night and on the second I was transferred to the pensao rossio, where there was no hot water. The solution presented to this problem was to give me a coffee machine with hot water to wash myself. Surreal all this situation. To say that in none of the accommodations I paid the bill. I do not recommend at all!

Poor service

Perfectly central location on a quiter street, very clean room and bathroom, very hospitable, friendly, smiling and helpful host lady. I would recommend it to travelers who are fine with basic but clean accommodation.

Great budget hotel

Isabel, the lady who reigned over him is very broad, very attentive to you. Typical Portuguese who have no father of Spanish but understand you. Very central and nice rooms. They offer you drinks and food at cheaper prices. Of course, you have to climb the steep stairs until you reach retirement. And winter doesn't work very well.

Entrañable Portuguese that caters to you and very centric.

I had the worst experience with local accommodation I visited yesterday booking directly by phone with the owner and which I did not and my surprise when I arrived at the place and I had to contact her because there was no one to answer when I called I was informed that I would not have a room because the previous guests had not left I think it is a tremendous irresponsibility not to be arranged for me an alternative by the lady summarizing if you want to stay on the street do your reservations

It was a bad experience.

A place where they allow a street person to sleep in the hallway of the hotel floor, and with the right to masturbate with porn magazines! Incredible. And its owners do nothing to prevent guests, like us, from having to ingest a tremendous disrespect.

Anyone complaining about this place should consider how insanely cheap it is. If you want a presidential suite, then you would have to pay for it, there are plenty of hotels of any kind in Lisbon.

It is located near the Plaza de los Restauradores, it can be reached by metro (parada los restauradores) or tram via (parada lisboa rossio).This is old, simple with minimal but clean facilities, the staff is very friendly, and the price is good!I recommend it if you want to pay little and be in a good location.

So Lisbon is expensive and this was the cheapest place I could find.  Firstly it’s in a great position, really close to the centre of town and all public transport, I would still get a travel pass as Lisbon is a big place though.  It’s through a rather grubby door and up a couple of flights of stairs as it seems to be in two apartments on the second  floor across the landing from each other, so if you can’t walk up steps then it’s no good, but  we didn’t have an issue with this.  One side of the stairs has reception and a few rooms, and the staff will let you in if you are on the other side.  When you come back at night you have to ring and they let you in as they keep the outside doors (on the second floor) locked.  We had a room behind reception, as there were three of us it was very cosy, but we only used it for sleeping in so that was okay, the beds were comfortable.  It was a little warm, we did have a fan in the room but no air conditioning.  The bathroom was small but the shower was good and it was cleaned every day.  There were a couple of times some people hanging around at the door, and maybe they knew the receptionist as one night they came up the stairs behind us and there seemed to be an altercation between her and these men, she dealt with it though and I never felt unsafe.  Would I stay there again?  Yes, but probably only if I couldn’t find something else at a similar price.

You get what you pay for

Excellent location, very central - very friendly staff - small but impeccable room with everything necessary - bathroom in the room - our suitcases were kept after check-out without any problem - repeat without a doubt.
