A hora de chek-in era a partir das 15, pelo que solicitámos se poderíamos deixar as malas no estabelecimento, tendo a resposta sido afirmativa por parte do estabelecimento, colocámos as malas no nosso quarto apesar de ainda não estar limpo e ir ser limpo após lá deixarmos as malas. O quarto não tinha cofre, mas mesmo que tivesse nunca me teria passado pela cabeça que teria de deixar um perfume no cofre. Pois bem, quando regressámos de noite, reparei que o meu perfume, que estava dentro da mala tinha desaparecido. Um perfume da Tommy Hilfiger praticamente cheio, o que nos deixou extremamente desconfortáveis, não apenas pelo roubo mas por sabermos que as nossas malas tinham sido vasculhadas a fio à procura de objetos de valor.

The check-in time was from 15:00, so we asked if we could leave our bags in the establishment, and the answer was affirmative on the part of the establishment, we put the bags in our room even though it was not yet clean as it would be cleaned after leaving the bags there. The room did not have a safe, but even if it had, it would never have occurred to me to leave a perfume in the safe. Well, when we returned at night, I noticed that my perfume, which was in my suitcase, was gone. A Tommy Hilfiger perfume that was practically full, which made us extremely uncomfortable, not only because of the theft itself but because we knew that our bags had been searched for valuables.

Mau! Não recomendo a ninguém! Bad! I don't reccomend it to anyone!

For the second time in this facility after a few years, the rooms are small but cozy, new, modern and with everything necessary, suitable for those looking for a base to visit the city. The location is excellent because it allows you to walk around the city reaching many points of interest. The check-in is digital and through Booking.com all the information to access the facility arrives, with a code that allows you to open the entrance door and pick up the keys from the safe.

Pimms Home Clerigos

We had one of the top (4th) floor apartments for 2 nights. Beds are nice, room is spaceous, location is excellent. Wifi is present but no tv. Minor quibble: there was no mount for the shower head so you had to hold it in one hand at all times while showering. Good options for breakfase nearby or a miniature kitchen to prepare something in the apartment. 
But... many reviewers have remarked on this and they are right: the stairs are a pain to climb, especially with suitcases. And there's literally no sound insulation whatsoever. The windows and the wooden shutters do absolutely nothing to shut out the all night revellers staggering home singing and shouting. Earplugs are a must to get some sleep.

Good location and space, but noisy and lots of stairs

Personally, it seemed like a great place to me. I stayed with my partner in room 32, it was cozy and had the essentials (washing, shower, etc.) for the room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. The place was clean when I arrived, and it was also cleaned the morning after the first night. The room is located a little above the surrounding buildings, so there are beautiful views. As a negative point, the stairs to the room are something uncomfortable to climb up to being so short, but I also don't consider it a big problem unless you have some mobility restriction.

Centric and cheap.

Totally horrible, the images presented on the websites and apps do not match the reality of the place. An unsafe place, an apartment without security, a horrible smell and unhealthiness, a degrading and ugly interior environment. It is not qualified to be offered in applications offering accommodation. I tried to cancel on arrival at the site, I sent an email requesting cancellation explaining the reason but it was not accepted. We had to leave and we did not stay at the site, handing over the key of the same. We went out to look for a hotel to spend the night. We are at the expense of not returning the money paid for the booking and not used due to all this embarrassment in the past at this place 2U oporto urban stays, which in which is being sold as a fraudulent hotel advertisement.

It can't be considered a hotel.

Recommended 100x100 central, cozy. The staff very friendly and the owner 10. although there is no reception there is easy and comfortable access. The views of the city are fantastic, a simple yet cozy place.

A pleasant, modern, well-located space, a magnificent view on its fourth floor, price, as a result of increased tourism, a little exaggerated, in front of the room space, cramped, bed sqb, among the small details.

Pleasant and privileged location

A very expensive little apartment with design rooms, huge (and sexy) shower, microwaves, snow, fridge, fast WiFi, floors...etc. A large bedroom overlooking a central street of Porto. Barely 10 minutes from the mythical bookstore. The truth is that very good. The maid is the only one you will see there but she asks you every day if everything is fine or if she can offer you something and, if necessary, calls the owners. The bad (if anything is to be put up) is that it is in the middle of a steep hill and it is difficult to see. When you enter you have to climb steep stairs up to the room (depending on the plant you touch).

The hotel has a modern style, the rooms are comfortable with included bathroom.The hotel does not have breakfast rooms, however the situation is very good and there are places nearby where you can have breakfast for 3-5 €.The stairs are a bit uncomfortable to climb the suitcases.
