Outdoor Water Park Info: the period of operation for the 2024 season, which will be from 22.05.24 to 08.09.24.
Indoor water park is closed from 22.05.24 to 08.09.24.
For all existing reservations between 09.09.23 and 09.30.24, as a courtesy due to the closure of the Outdoor Water Park, the hotel offers access to the Indoor Water Park during the stay, only for reservations that have been made by the 20.02.2024.
Reservations for May, made up until the end of February, as their information was that the Park would only open in June, so nothing will affect. If guests do not accept this change, the hotel accept the cancellation of these reservations free of charge as long as they do so as soon as possible, up to the limit of the free cancellation policy.
All reservations arriving on 22.05.2024 will already include entry to the Outdoor Water Park.
