I loved everything in this hotel!! The staff are undoubtedly amazing, very attentive and friendly, they missed nothing and were super helpful with us! The view is breathtaking! I highly recommend and hope to return soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is an amazing hotel.

A lovely hotel with wonderful views. An excellent service, with very professional employees always concerned about the well-being of guests. I name the maid with the name Tabata, as the maid of the month!

Luxury and nature!

I admit that at first we were a little nervous about the visit, this is because of the news about the various directions that the hotel has already had, the time it has been standing still and I also confess that it was a bit confusing to me that the hotel only had bungalows and no rooms in the main building. It is quite uncomfortable to think that in the middle of winter, we did not have to go out of the comfort of the Auxalow and we love the experience of 2 nights. I confess that at first we were a little nervous about the visit, this is because of the news about the various directions that the hotel has already had, the time it was standing still and I also confess that it was a little confusing to me that the hotel only had bungalows and no rooms in the main building. It is regrettable the service and information provided by the staff and management of this hotel unit. On 15 January I contacted the aquafalls to see if there was a possibility of dining there, first I was told that the Vieira do Minho area was a seasonal area, so far all right, then they told me that I could only dine on the weekend when they are open!? Right here I did not understand very well whether they were working or not, going forward... As I said they did I was already staying at the aquafalls in November last year and at the time I asked if it was possible to just dine in the same places without being staying and hotel was that all right and that they were working every day, so I told the employee who asked me to stay at the restaurant that day that I did not answer a question, but I said that the situation was closed and then the staff insisted that we could not even talk to the public about how to open the restaurant, and then I told them that if the restaurant was open or not, we would not want to talk to the public about the situation.

It is regrettable

I would recommend 100%. The hotel is simply fantastic. The facilities are modern and the location couldn't be better, easily accessible via GPS. The room had a fantastic view of the river. Ideal for relaxing! Dinner and breakfast were divine. Finally, the cherry on top of the cake was the sympathy and dedication of the staff, all of them quite useful! It was indeed an excellent weekend. To repeat very briefly!

What a wonderful weekend.

This review is for the restaurant only. Went on a dinner date with my husband. View was absolutely amazing and food was incredible. For apps I had mozzarella salad (normal, nothing exceptional) and my husband had Alceria sausage which he loved, for dinner I had the duck which was amazing and my husband had shrimp and clams pasta which he adored. For dessert I had chocolate mousse which was very delicious and my husband had creme brulee which was also good. Service was great. Price slightly more expensive for Portugal standards but worth it. Paid approx 55 euros.

Amazing food!

Recently renovated and in new hands this hotel provided us with a friendly atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and provided good guidance with our choice of food. The menu is short but what is there is well worth trying. We always end our holiday with a meal in the best restaurant we have eaten in on our trip, Aquafalls won hands down for us. Well worth a visit.

Evening meal

Lovely place to relax! The Spa, massage was fantastic (and I was under tremendous stress at the time). I got out of there as new! If you want quiet, peace and relaxation then go for it! As far as the everything else, it gives you also freedom to explore!

Amazing

It's Unbelievable the lack of cleaning and hygiene in this resort. Was extremely negative. When contacted the director to speak about the conditions he refused to give the money back we payed on Internet for a room we enter for 5min only as it was impossible to remain there. Also was told to make a note in the complaint book or call police because they won't give the money back so we could find other solutions. Awful and disrespectful totally. 
We took pics to prove lots of the following points:

1- The roof of the Bungalow 1 if literary falling in the room desk. 
2- Several Big Spiders inside the room and many spider nets (pics posted). Crazy amount of mosquitos inside the room too. 
3- Lack of floor cleaning and spider nets in many places. 
4- Dirty wardrobe and floor. 
5- Several human Hairs in Bed. 
6- Blackout from windows Broken and dirty
7- Dirty Sofas with huge spots
8- Dirty "robes" and towels
9- Toilet Floor and shower floor super dirty
10- Dirty Chairs
11- Used sugar and Tea packages
12- Damaged and dirty walls 
13- Broken showers


WORST EXPERIENCE ever had in a Hotel so far

One of the most luxurious hotels I've dreamed with for several years. The place was under construction without access to lunch or dinner and the overall condition is poor. A good sightseeing is not enough to make me want to come back. We were informed of this in the moment we arrived.
