The private house has underfloor heating, two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an enclosed veranda and a bathroom with shower. The house can accommodate 4 people: two extra beds can be placed on the sofa in the living room for an extra charge, and there is a cot for the baby. The private house has a fenced area and parking for one car. There is a recreation area with a fireplace and a barbecue on the property. Guests can use the wood-heated sauna for an additional fee.
Leisure activities for guests: horse riding, horse riding lessons, ponies for children, trampoline, bicycle rental, mushroom forest, fishing. The following services are available upon request: transfer to Rostov, delivery of groceries, sightseeing tours, private hunting services.
