I was in Berkut for the second time, booked 3 rooms. 1 room with fireplace came in two months our ZANYAT! Just bad people and only, ruined the whole vacation!!! I pre-booked the left luxury with a view of nature for 2 months in Berkut. The staff are deceived, the room payment documents do not give, only cash. The rooms are clean but the stairs to the second floor are high. The doors to the first floor rooms do not close and cracks up. The snow does not clean normally. All positive reviews about the Berkut hotel are questionable.

It's a bad thing to do with regular clients!

The room was called a studio, the price was 4000 rubles per day, there was a kitchen with a very minimal set of dishes and ten paper napkins. On the day of settlement, each person was given 2 towels and only when changing clothes, that is, 3 days later we were given 3 towels. Shampoo and soap were given out once. Cleaning was not every day, at the same time they asked for a wet cleaning to be done in the room, but no one did so. The room was so bad that after 30 minutes of being in it the main day of settlement, the population began to consume dust, the first day without a moisture, the first day without a moisture, but this is the first day of settlement, but it was the first day in which all the people in the village had to consume the same amount of water, but it was the first day in which they had to consume the same amount of water, but in the first day, all the people in the village had to consume the same amount of water.

At first glance, the hotel liked it - a great location, a well-maintained area, spacious rooms with good furniture. Sweet cats walk around the area.... But when we settled in (came late at night) it turned out that the bedding was dirty. We were asked to change - they gave out another set, which had black hair - probably employees who were washing or folding the bedding. Only the third time we managed to get a clean set.... After we finally managed to stain the bed with clean linen and go to bed, we found a new surprise.

A large studio room. A spacious large room. A separate entrance. A glass balcony with a table and chairs. A medium-sized fridge, not as small as usual in hotels. A microwave. A flat. Parking in the yard. A mangal area and a summer recreation area with couchers, unfortunately not used - it was cool. The bed was large. White, clean. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable.

It's a comfortable location, a quiet rest, a big room.

We had a nice hotel, we liked it. It was very small, but it was very quiet. We had a family of 2 children, we lived in a semi-luxury apartment on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. The room was spacious, a large bed, a sofa that could easily accommodate two of us. A bathroom with a shower room, spacious and equipped with a towel dryer, which was not very hot, but still...In the room was a teacup, a microwave and a refrigerator, dining appliances, a locker and a door. There are fans, a mattress.

Nice place, friendly staff.

The beautiful cottage in the style of Gothic Modern is located in the very center of the resort area of Belorukhi, in a cozy corner at the foot of the mountain near the sanatorium Altai-West. It has its own locked parking for the night with a video surveillance system.
