The hotel is very comfortable, at an adequate price. Parking is free. There is a free breakfast. The room is very clean and cozy. Very friendly staff. There is a downside, but it's subjective: the hotel was found for the second time because it's on the territory of the STOA and there are no signs on the street.

The price matches the quality!

Firstly, you will not find information that after 12 o'clock the doors are closed and you do not leave the hotel. They refer to the Russian government's Resolution No. 447, but there is no such thing in the memo. Secondly, the fire extinguisher is locked on the castle from evening till morning. Here is the security for which you will not be able to go out at night. Thirdly, the hotel is located above the car service, in a dubious neighborhood. Fourthly, the shower rooms are in an extremely noisy state, besides being dirty, with the hair in the drain at the time of entry.

The hotel is located in a two-story building. The first floor car service staff is very friendly and responsive, the hotel itself is 4, rooms in normal condition, daily cleaning. There are mini-breakfasts. Everything is in principle good. The main drawback of the hotel is terrible wi-fi!!! Internet speed is 0.60Mbit/sec reception and 0.85Mbit/sec transmission. This is very bad.

business trip to Orecho-Zoevo

One of the rooms at the main entrance is a view of the early 20th century building (or rather a building in ruins). The 2-room bed is large. An interesting mansion room. A few years ago it was renovated. The room has: a bed, a refrigerator, 2 chairs, a magazine table, a TV, 1 closet, a closet with a mirror, 3 hangers, a coffee sink, a toilet, a shower cabinet, a small towel + a medium, a bathroom cup of tea paper)) soap, a bathroom towel, a bathroom towel, no water lighter.

Maybe it's for people who don't care where they spend the night, just not in the car.

We came in at night. What was around the hotel we saw only in the morning. :(The view from the window was awful. The administrator greeted us friendly. All our requests were met with ease and free of charge. We had more kind and responsive people. We had a two-room room. It was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, the mattress was good. At night there was some sort of struggle of unknown forces in the heating pipes.

For the tide

Very friendly and helpful staff - definitely the best thing about the hotel. Whatever we needed they always helped us with a smile. Hotel looks newly refurbished and is reasonably well maintained. Close to local amenities - 20 metres from a supermarket and local transport links. Suggestion for a small improvement: It's perhaps just a cultural difference, but in many hotels abroad breakfast would be a bit larger/richer - a combination of bread, ham, cheese, cereals, sausages, eggs, juice etc. It's just a detail though, we still enjoyed our stay and will return next time.
