Nice hotel. Very basic, but you get what you pay for. Some plumbing maintance might be needed. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Great reception were you can get snacks and beer if needed. ITs an ok Place.

Basic and clean.

I liked it very much, the water seems to match its filling even the smell of it. Cleanly neat. Thank you. The territory is well cared for. Sitting on the counter watched the nature of the spots swim. In Primorye also wonderful nature and weather but in Kamchatka like all its sun mountains the lake is very attractive I would like to stay longer but as always live you run away.

It's a good hotel in general, but without the extra stars. It's obvious that the repair is no longer the first freshness, it needs to be updated (both for the rooms and for the pool), wi-fi works once in a while, but it is. :-) Periodically forget to clean the garbage in the room, had to remind yourself.

It's good overall, but I need to work on it a little bit.

We lived in the 23rd at the end of August 2018. The population passed quickly and without any problems, breakfast and dinner - of acceptable quality - we are following nature, we all understand. But! Room cleaning is a song! In 4 days not to throw out garbage? Never to replace the dirt that was in the room even before we arrived, despite the complaint? I will not write anything about the pool, I just don't want to.

Mixed feelings

We stayed here as part of the tour A big trip through Kamchatka with the Kamchatka turkey club. In general, the impressions of the trip were the most wonderful and in particular the base of the holiday Flamingo was also pleasant. Clean cozy rooms, welcoming staff, well-kept territory. In general, the building is in excellent condition. The food can be said dietary  at the right time, without any meals, tasty and nutritious. What was especially valuable for us - fed and when we left early for Avachu at 6 a.m. and waited until the evening when we returned almost at midnight  did not leave us hungry. When we left for the alloy without any problems in the storage room, we left the bags and the bathrooms.

the comfort zone

It's awful, I let drunk men into the pool in the morning throwing at people, it's scary to walk into a small pool because the stairs are rolling and they can barely hold, the laundry room is dirty, the laundry room is not closing, it's not a foot here anymore.

It's disgusting!

The restroom was not used, they just came to swim in the pool (October 2014 is not chosen). The pool itself is good, it's nice to swim in warm water under the first snow falling.

Heat under snowflakes

Very basic accomodation, the hefty price tag is just because they can ask for it. The room was cleanish, but during the week long stay it was not cleaned at all. Anytime we ran out of toilet paper or our rubbish bin was full, we had to ask at the reception for it to be emptied. Bed made not once, nor other housekeeping done. The whole complex offers some basic services, there's an ever repetitive breakfast, a mediocre lunch/dinner, some instant noodles to be bought at the reception. Wifi paid per hour and is still kinda slow. The saving grace of this complex is the poolside bar with lovely service and some decent food and the thermal pool, though two out of seven days they're closed for maintenance and sometimes the lady giving out the keys to the lockers is plain mean. 

And this thing is still better than some other options in Paratunka. Well, don't expect first class service anywhere in Kamchatka, except for the helicopter service.

Overpriced

It's a hotel that I highly disapprove of. The rooms are dirty, we stayed four nights, and no one came over to clean the beds or clean the bathroom or replace the napkins left on the floor because they're dirty. The only thing they do is empty the bathroom bin and that's even if you stay for several days. The sheets are more than sheets because they're short and they don't roll under the mattress. I don't recommend moving the beds because if you do, you find everything (we found a glass and food). The food is bad and you have to spare yourself. There's no one, not even speaking English, who really speaks at the reception, so I advise you to move the beds.
