Within walking distance there are: food supermarkets, shopping centres «Kubus» and «Element», public transport stops with the main directions around the city as well as to St. Petersburg. Guests can get to the metro station «Moskovskaya», as well as to the railway stations «Varshavsky» and «Baltiysky». Nearby there are restaurants, cafes, beauty salon, pharmacy, cinema, petrol stations. Free parking is available near the house.

The apartment has a 160x200 double bed with orthopaedic mattress and a sofa bed in the bedroom, which can be connected for two guests or used separately. At guests' disposal: household appliances in a fully equipped kitchen, with a complete set of dishes for cooking and eating. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, dryer, shower and laundry facilities. Bed linen and towels are also provided for each guest; Smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi; coffee, tea and sugar.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Accounting documents for business trips are available on request; payment by bank transfer is possible.
Cleaning with disinfectants is carried out before each check-in and lasts at least 2 hours. A hygiene check is also carried out after each cleaning.
Early and late check-ins are handled on an individual basis. The approximate cost per hour is RUB 300.00 up to 4 hours. From 4 hours, payment per day is required.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, as well as the use of any other smoking products and liquids, including on the balcony.
The deposit will be refunded immediately after checking the availability of the keys and the condition of the apartment.
It is forbidden to have holidays, to check in unaccompanied minors, to check in persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
In case of booking for one day, in addition to the booking price, RUB 500.00 is paid for cleaning.
