The phone didn't answer and I booked on the website, because I used to stop and everything was fine. Now all the staff here are not Russian and don't speak or speak Russian! They settled us in a terrible room, with very loud neighbors (they're not Russians, I haven't seen Russians there at all), they refused to change the number and return the money!

This hostel was recommended by colleagues. However, it is simply impossible to call it. So it turned out that I had to book by phone. Please note that on May 10, 2019, from 22:45 to 23:00 I called the hostel, but no one answered. There are no plans to contact or recommend this place for temporary residence.

The staff is unpleasant, hmm. They've been raising money for the damage we've done to the property (they've cleaned the shed themselves, and they've paid $700).

Failure to solve problems

We were with the team at a competition in Kazan. We lived in a room for 6 people. At the beginning of the drive, the maid cleaned the room, did not let us in. The room was hot, the windows were opened, and there were no nets, in the evening there were many insects in the room. For 4 days there was no cleaning in the room. Everything else was fine.

In the run-up to the World Cup, the question of where to settle in Kazan during matches was raised sharply. If there were places, it was unrealistically expensive. Accidentally with friends on the Internet they found the hostel of Zebra. There were free rooms, and the price was just the best at the moment. Several days have passed since the moment of settlement. Housing conditions are quite acceptable. There is everything you need and even more. The air conditioner works great. The hostel is clean and tidy. The staff is welcoming, there is something to talk about before the world championship begins.

Excellent conditions for the budget segment.

Kazan is one of my favorite cities, and we live nearby - we visit the city often with friends and family. The most ideal place to stay with a company, or with a large family is this hostel. Ever since we learned about Zebra, we only stay here. Pleased with the hostel completely, always clean rooms, smells of freshness, clean bathroom and toilet, fresh laundry, friendly staff.

We were here in July 2016.. we booked a two-bedroom with bathroom in advance, we were placed on the second floor. Clean, the maid came every day. Delicious breakfast, but also in the dining room you could cook yourself, the place is well organized.

It's a good place!

We stayed in this hostel because it was the nearest and was a separate room for two. We arrived around 12 a.m., and from that time on we were very pleasant. The room was just wonderful, very clean and pleasant, not very large but light and quite spacious. Absolutely no comments, as if the wedding itself had))). There is a common kitchen, you can drink tea, coffee with cookies.

It's a very good double room.

It's an excellent new hostel in its construction. Care and service.I can say that the cleanest hostel in the cities of Russia I visit.The only drawback is its location, which one depends on the bus lines to get to the Kremlin as well as the center of Kazan...even if the taxis in this city stand out for the cheapness they charge.
