I'm at the hotel right now, I couldn't help but share the accommodation. I rented Marina House. When booking, I said that we'd come without a car. The manager said that it would take 5 minutes to walk to the main entrance, and it wouldn't be a problem. So it is, but there's a big NO: the normal road that you expect from the hotel at a price of more than 30k for 2 nights, no. Since it's only in the evening to navigate because it's dark, there's no indicators. Half the road to the houses is unlighted, goes through a boating station, with a broken, dirty road.

Super settlement in the hotel

The service left the best to be desired. With such a load the staff clearly could not cope. In the glamping there was a roof running. We found it only at night during heavy rain. In the room it was dirty. The clothes were with black labels. The water smells of raw eggs. We hope for the return of funds. The feeling of an old motel that requires repair. The price/quality ratio =0. Food: only two restaurants with completely overpriced prices. Food does not match the price. Room service only with an order from 5000 rubles + 10% for delivery time. Parking on the territory pays 100 rubles/hour.

Worst weekends

I want to draw your attention to the shortcomings of the Marvel cottage: 1. The cleaning of the house during the settlement was done very mediocre- not fresh bedding with hair and dust. My family is your regular guests. I came at night to ask to move all the beds, which is really uncomfortable during the bedtime. The floors were dirty.

The rest of the place is really beautiful.

A fabulous holiday in a beautiful place!!!

The only downside is that the bed is a fiddle with the slightest movement, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a TV. Everything is very good. Three-hour meals, dinner from Friday to Sunday. A Swiss table. Everything is very tasty, varied, lots of fruits - peaches, nectarines, squash cream and this is on each meal.

Reboot on weekends

It's a nice place. The area is rich, beautiful, well-groomed, nice kids at the reception. But the dining service is killing the impression of Konakovo. The Swedish table at the dining tables is a piggy, they clean long, the food for 1500 is incredibly scarce. They went to a restaurant on the shore hoping for the best service, they had dinner for 5 thousand, the food for three. The waiters are very strange, you ask them to sit at the table, they just ignore, they keep doing something of their own.

Nice place, but with disaster service.

When you book a hotel for 260 thousand for 10 days, you want comfort and level of service. But there's none of that. In house 26 there's no safe. Three days we're fed breakfast. There's no TV. When you have two little kids, it's sometimes a critical moment. At the hotel between water and sky there's only one master with all hands. The reception bar with the look of how you've bored me convinces me that everything will be fixed. But the days go by, and the result is 0.

Your problems are your problems.

The place is great for the weekend, but the price-quality doesn't match. Minus - 1) there is no teapot in the room, no cups, the teapot wasn't even brought on request. At the same time, when they asked for separate cups to make tea themselves from the cooler, they reported that 300 r per unit. That is, 2 cups 600r. 2) bad cleaning in the rooms, 3) the towel in the bathroom was dirty..4) in the restaurant ate at breakfast and lunch system Swedish table. Food on 3 cups, spoiled tomatoes. And on egg-laying, the guy was extremely unsatisfied with the taste of life after cooking, preparing either uncooked or uncooked omelets and the manager was punished.
