A good place to stay for the night in Kostrom (if you decide to stay here anyway). Not in the center, but 5 minutes from the Ipatie Monastery in the so-called living zone. A large private house with a yard, garden, barbecue area. The owners live here and rent 2 apartments at once. The apartments have a lot of clever details and fine furniture, equipped kitchen and cleanliness. Wi-fi worked not always stable, but there were no problems.

You can live in the middle of nowhere

We stayed in this house for a week, brought the children to the competition. They rented the house completely, paid a decent amount, and it was such an unpleasant settlement. The 2,000-ruble deposit was never returned to us, the owners did everything to prevent it from being returned. When we demanded to return the deposit, they began to threaten the police (we could have called but we would have been late for the train because the house came to receive an hour before the train, apparently on purpose, although we offered to do so at night) and they began to threaten the mothers and the children that if we were to continue to compel us to escape from the spazoms we would not leave.

They didn 't return the collateral for nothing.

The guest house is a two-story building. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (one small and two slightly larger). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower room and is locked with a key. On the first floor there is a common dining room, which has a small refrigerator. Everything is done by the owners themselves with great love and taste. For breakfast they prepare tasty cashews and apples. From the minuses - the price. In my opinion it is slightly oversized, reducing the size of the rooms themselves and the bathrooms in the small room (it is tight), as well as the complete absence of the declared WiFi.

Comfortable and tasty.

We stayed here for three days, we liked everything, the cleanliness, the smell of the wood, the taste of the interior, everything thought out to the smallest detail, delicious breakfast, happy hosts, we'll definitely be back.

The interior is very tastefully decorated. The parking lot in the courtyard, the friendly and interesting hostess, delicious breakfast, barbecue, comfortable beds.

I recommend a small family hotel called Jablonny garden near the walls of the Ipatie monastery. There are three or four rooms. But everything is held up, in my opinion, far from artistic, in a very elegant Russian style. Even the oven - with exotic dishes. The hostess, as I understand - a member of the union of artists, herself and on the heels of her own recipe cooks - to chew, excuse me, which ones. You wake up slowly, and below already such an elegant цок-цок-цок-цок and the smell of apple stuffing does not rise. The hostess and the masteress: she sews, sews something else, but I do more on the heels than the heels of a lion.
