Clean room, decent staff, not bad breakfast, price.

The location, the absence of a teapot and coffee or tea bags, there was no water in the room (you're kind of concerned about the environment, go to the cooler on the floor), cleaned badly. Brought coffee with you for breakfast, so it was twice after cleaning left the cups on the table.
