We met in June to go to Baikal and we were looking for a suitable base to rest with the family. We were looking for a room that was comfortable for the whole family, with all the amenities, with food and some activities for the kids. Now we are happy that we found this base. We lived in the Comfort room, it is great for the family, you can still consider individual houses, but on our dates there were no free ones. The room has everything you need and your shower and toilet! Thank you all for the warm reception and a great rest. If you just want to come and relax and not think about anything, I would advise everyone to go to this base.

About our vacation

We recommend that you choose the base of the Char for your recreation. It's in a very warm bay, you can swim in a poem on the flight. It's very convenient to have a transfer that you just order through the manager and don't worry about how to get there. The rooms are very comfortable, clean. And on the base itself, it's great to walk and breathe fresh air. Now we're going to rest here every year.

The best place to relax in Baikal!

It's a wonderful space where in the cozy lowlands, under the protection of a mountain of desires, with a splendid view of Baikal, there is a wonderful island of tranquility. People, this is the main value of a place whose hands create delicious food, provide the most diverse assistance, sink a wonderful bath, maintain cleanliness in the rooms, and in the eyes of these people openness and kindness. If you come to rest and dissolve in the local color, you will be helped both by the staff of the turban and the guides who recommend you here.

The tour base of Char at Baikal

We were on holiday at the base from 11 to 13 July 2020, everything was terrible! price and quality do not match!!!! the staff are rude, the workers can afford rude words to the holidaymakers!!!! the bikes are very far away, even behind the fence!!!! walking with children is not real!!!!! in the restaurant the prices are just a gesture, champagne costs 120 r, there is 1000 r., who sets prices there, it is not clear!!!!! in general everything did not like, we will not go to this base anymore!!!!

The worst base on Baikal.

I spent two days choosing the base. It's very much. We lived in a separate house, and we never regretted that it was overpaid. I liked the fact that there were no neighbors and noises. Notice: there was no heater, only a bakery that heated the dough with one cup of tea so that you could breathe nothing. There was no one-half-mile's worth of drinks at the end of the day.

The OFFICIALs

The rooms are old. The bathrooms are broken. The food is nothing special, the dining room is empty. The reception is not working. Everything passes through the ears. Things are delivered only on insistent request. Until the conflict comes, a transfer is ordered back and forth. They don't let you know what the transport is waiting for.

It's still a long way down to the middle.

We stayed with friends, rented a decorated house for 2 days and food. Even though the house is standing apart, you can still hear the children running, people talking. Very uncomfortable beds, just sadness. The stork on the windows do not save from the sunlight. If it was cold in the street in this house you will freeze 100% Food - Swedish table, uniform, choice small. Better not take - and go to the restaurant to order food separately. Prices in the shop are high - buy chocolate, wine, beer better at home)))

That's good.

The room is small, but cozy. There is everything needed - shower, toilet, cabinet, teapot, LCD TV with satellite TV. If necessary, the little child is provided with an additional shelf. Each room has a separate entrance and a large common terrace, which opens a great view of the mountains and Baykal lake. The food is not cheap, but delicious. When we were at the water base for the first time, there was nothing but the primitive soup and two soup bars, but coming at the third time was so vivid that the food was perfect.

It's a nice quiet place with amazing views.

Everything is very expensive. Of the free there was only Baykal air. As it turned out later on in that area of the Little Sea there are many other excellent recreational bases, the prices of which are at least 10-15% lower. There is no entertainment for children on the base except one banana. Two mangas, which are in constant line. The territory is dirty and not cleaned. In the rooms you have to PLEASE the administration to remove. The prices that are indicated on the off-site do not coexist with reality, it is getting more expensive.
